That would most likely be Great Mazinger

The GX-02 Great Mazinger toy I have pictured is the same... Pretty much all metal, the chest plate detaches and the fists remove and are interchangeable.

Voltron was my favorite show. Great times. (I was 4 and 5) For my 5th Christmas, I received my KNIGHT RIDER power wheels. ( I was the worlds happiest kid)

i actually had the original Voltron toy with the 5 lions. and as i remember it was a fairly expensive toy. There may be a chance it's still packed in a box somewhere.

Voltron was very cool. It was expensive I remember at the time toys r us had it for sale for around $100.00

Loved Voltron as a kid, but blame them for power rangers lasting more then 1 season. Soon as they changed the pink ranger, the show should have bombed

I had all the lions.. at one point that is. I broke thier tails trying to form Voltron. :-( Broke Cy-Kill's arm off too .... Damn cheap plastic toys. Thats why i really like the Bandai SOC series. All metal.

Cy-kill the motor cycle guy from Go Bots??? Man that was a good one.. I remember I had the one that looked like a ufo and Leader 1. that turned into an f 15....Good Times
