I love this forum! Great information from friendly people. Not sure if other members need help like me,but a Health & Fitness thread section would come in handy

Breakfast is the most important meal. For breakfast, I eat within the first 30 minutes to jumpstart my metabolism. I eat an egg white omelet, some Kashi oats, and a lot of fruit to get hydrated. Oats and protein from egg is really good stuff. Eat something everything 3 hours to keep your metabolic rate up. If you're busy like me and dont always have breakfast made for you, try cereals like Mueslix or Great Grains cereals. They're full of oats, grains, nuts, raisins, dates, etc. Kashi cereal bars are a little pricey, but they've got some good stuff in them.

I agree that we could use a Health/Fitness thread! That would help me out a lot. There's a lot of knowledgeable people here on C5.

Muscle Milk = up to 14.3 micrograms of Arsenic, 5.6 micrograms of Cadmium, and 0.7 micrograms of Mercury, and a whopping 13.5 micrograms of Lead! I'll stick with getting my food from the grocery store and farmers markets. Some of these chemicals in a can from GNC seem to have some pretty nasty ingredients. |

Muscle Milk deaths - 0 Cantalope deaths - 16 and counting. ![]() http://rt.com/usa/news/america-canta...-outbreak-619/ yeah, just being a smarta$$, but there are chemicals in all the food we consume, even fresh produce sprayed with all types of pesticides/chemicals. no way you can pick out one item and say this is bad compared to that item. Eat smart, eat healthy and get some exercise. |

I used to drink the banana cream which tasted amazing, but once I found out how poor the ingredients were, i was off of that stuff so fast and onto 100% Gold Standard. Unless you eat completely organic, you'll be getting some type of chemicals/growth hormones/genetically modified food.

Body by Muscle Milk. You guys eat your stuff, I'll eat mine. I am sure our goals are different, but I enjoy what I do and the protein I drink (muscle Milk and Monster Milk). Can I see some pics of you guys eating all natural to see what I'm missing? Last edited by hrpiii; 10-27-2011 at 01:18 PM. |

Nothing wrong with Muscle Milk, Ive used it before and got good results. Ive recently switched to switch to gold standard whey. I like that stuff much better.

Gold standard is delicious. Optimum's new platinum hydrobuilder line is even better, but it's pricy. I like muscle milk too, though it's very sweet flavored. I pick those up if I'm on the go. I'll take a photo of whats in my kitchen tomorrow

I was still waiting for some of the non-muscle milk'ers to post some pics. I need to see what I'm missing.
