Well after watching both videos I am what you referred to as a Fat Bastard, maybe too strong? Ya think. If I was somehow supposed to be motivated by your ramblings (or hate) as you call it there must be something wrong with me and if people of "your generation" are motivated by that then we are all in DEEP DEEP TROUBLE!

You make weight loss sound so simple but in reality it is a struggle both physically and mentally and trying to shame people into changing themselves seems counterintuitive to say the least. My weight gain was due to a serious back injury that left me flat on my back for over a year and the ability to do little more than walk for several years after that. I make no excuses and certainly do not complain when I sniff celery in an effort to lose wieght for health reasons. I am perfectly comfortable with my physical appearance as I am sure many other overweight people are.

My feedback would be that you seem to be a very young, immature and self absorbed person who has little or no life experience and little or no respect for others which makes you that last person that anyone should give the time of day too.
