Lol! I'm not worried bout it. He had my blood boiling yesterday. It's just gonna take me some time. I just bought the car and I'm not wanting to do all that to my car right now.

I did get my fix for the day tho.....I'm into sand dragging 4 wheelers, and I finally got a rematch on this bike that used to spank my ass. I built a badass engine for it. As I was building the engine, the guy sold it...so I got disappointed cause I figured I wasn't gonna be able to redeem myself. Well he sold it to a guy that weighed like 140lbs....and he set up a rematch today. The original guy who owned it and would beat me weighed around 190lbs....and 50lb makes a huge difference on an atv. Long story short....I spanked him pretty bad. 3 out of 3 races. Last one I gave him two bikes and the hit. Same story. I just realized, I do enjoy racing 4 wheelers more. No one seems to get mad if they lose. We were both all smiles after. No biggie. Car racing is totally different....people get so upset and I dunno why.

Well I got to work this morning to find out he's selling the car, and took everything off over the weekend. Has the blower sold. I have the 17" drag wheels at the moment. I'm trying them to see if they fit. They are like brand new, has Hoosier 28" tall slicks on them with 4.5" front skinnies. Heavy as hell tho. I'm gonna weigh them compared to the stockers to get an idea of the difference in weight.

They won't fit. Sorry.

you can make them fit, but not without swapping your LCAs.

Wrong bolt pattern. I think Mustangs have 5x 114.3mm, we have 5x120mm and center bore is different also.

Well I'll try em tomorrow. They are heavy as hell anyway, I was getting a smoking deal on them, but I'd be super surprised if they are 10lbs lighter each.

They look like the Race Star wheels. If they fit let these guys know, because they have been wondering. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=158067

These are made to fit 5x4.5" and 5x4.75" which are 5x114.3" and 5x120.65. I would think that for them to safely use this "slotted hole design, the min would be 5x114.3", the max would be 5x120.65" and you could not use anything in between. So they should go on our hubs, but without an accurate hub centric ring the wheel studs would be floating a little short of the max and that would cause a problem. They may work, but be VERY careful.

I found these weights on the interwebs.

17x9.5 7bs ( 20 lbs)
They are not that light for being big and littles, but they still should be a TON lighter than the stock 20s. Hell my 18x8.5/18x11 F14s weigh 19.5 lbs/21.5 lbs and I lost 66 lbs with my set up. I'm guessing these should be about 75-80 lbs lighter than stock.

They aren't that light! I promise. Here's some pics:
