The Car Show W/ Adam Carolla

I just finished watching it and I liked it. It could definitely use some polishing but nothing is perfect out of the gate.

I was watchin it but my stupid dvr decided to record only 23 mins of it for some unknown reason i did like a lil what i saw. Yes john salley does need to go. I dont like the WSJ guy he just seems to snobbish in a bad way even though he prolly has good driving skills. Matt i dont really know who he is never watched whatever show or anything he was on so i dont have an opinion on him but i could care less if he gave the camaro a bad review or a good one i dont buy stuff based on what some other people say about it i buy things based on what i like and what i feel when i drive a car. Adam is the man he is the glue to this show.

I think Adam Corolla needs to tone it down more then a bit and stop interrupting good valid car conversations with all his stupid ass comments. Its called The Car Show so save the 50+ jokes for your podcast. The former NBA guy does not a car gene in his body and needs to leave asap especially after hearing his take on leather interiors.

If you guys want to watch a real car shows watch all the Fast Lane Daily shows (Where Matt Farah use to work)

I found it incredibly wierd and boring, actually made me appreciate USTG more because at least it is entertaining, though nothing NEVER will be able to live up to TGUK, I think it has ruined me lol.

Good Grief. Last night they start talking about the Pontiac G8, show a picture of the new Caprice cop car.. then Corolla talks about Oprah giving them away, then they talk about front wheel drive.
Do these guys know about cars?
Then the one bald dip___ starts going off on the Audi R8, and bashing the Corvette, all the while there's no way the creep could afford and R8.
This show went downhill fast.

I watched the first show and decided that was an hour of my life I'll never get back. Total waste of time. At least the U.S. Version of Top Gear is somewhat entertaining. Even though it does get stupid sometimes.

The latest US Top Gear was a snooze fest. I fell asleep 3 times tying to watch them load a ton of shit in their pick up replacements. That was the whole 60 minute program, no car review's, no star in a low priced car nothing but shit...I mean manure.

Back to the car show. The NBA guy is still a car hater and needs to leave, and they need to let the bald guy do the racing instead of the newspaper journalists who thinks he can drive. Corolla still needs to shut up and stop talking over real car tech with his stupid Oprah and fwd jokes. I totally agreed with Matt about not taking a fwd cop car as seriously as you take one driving a rwd. I got it but no one else did. I think Matt is the most regular honest car guy, besides he owns a modified C5 vette so he not some sort of R8 fanboi.

Oh believe me he can afford it. With family money though. His dad is loaded. I used to work for his dad and Matt worked under me. Great family. They do a lot of charity work.

Exactly its not his money, he has to work his butt off producing videos and such and doesn't have much if any expendable income. He is no different then the majority of the members here with a small rental looking home in so cal, Raptor pick up as a DD and production vehicle and a C5 with 475 NA whp. I remember him responding to a bunch of haters when he started promoting the sunglasses he wear's and basically told people that making youtube videos doesn't pay the bills and he doesn't have mountains of cash in a spare bedroom and has to work to stay a float just like everyone else.

So his parents have money, cool so do mine but they arnt kicking down at all, in fact I'm paying them rent on a house they own based on its vale back in 04 when they bought and all my neighbors are now paying $400 less now a month rent then me for a larger home.

I also dont understand why Adam Corolla has to insult Matt by calling him fat when he is just as chubby and has to wear loose fitting clothes to hide his extra weight. As if getting picked on all through school wasn't enough now its on national TV by an "old man with loose skin and old balls......... gross"
