Right now I'm only 5' 8" and 125 lbs and I really want to bulk up by the time I graduate. Should I do p90x or just go to the gym and do heavy lifting, because no matter what I do I don't gain or lose weight.

P90X will make you lean and ripped, if you want to bulk up do some weight lifting.

Hell no!
I eat what I want when I want.
Granted that what I want is generally healthy and I've developed a pretty good eating habit.
I've been grilling for 3 weeks straight now. I eat junk food maybe once a month as a cheat day.
I cannot survive without pizza or thai food in my life.

What should I eat and drink? Should I drink protein shakes throughout the day and should I lift whatever my max is?

You need to talk to a nutritionist. There are too many factors that We don't know about and cannot tell you. But generally a high protein, low calorie diet will help you bulk up.
As for lifting, it's not just about doing your max. You do a max set once to figure out where you're at and then work from there. You usually want to do sets of 10-12, 8, 6, 4, 2. With the last set being 15% to 10% from your max. That's just what I did in high school, and bulked up fast!
I was about 160lbs the begnning of my junior year and jumped to 185lbs of big muscle at the end of the year.

I am just trying to get ripped, not buff. And I am far from an expert on the subject lol. But you will need a lot of protein in your diet and you should drink a protein drink after you work out. I like Muscle Milk. I would not lift everyday for the same muscles, that muscle will need a day to recover and rebuild.

My p90x hasn't been popped in the DVD player yet. I am to damn lazy to get started. Plus my wife is a bad influence. She is naturally tiny and always makes cookies and sweets after I just worked out.

I am just getting fat now!!!!

If you are serious about bulking up, Muscle Milk is ok..... but it has a high calorie content for the amount of protein you get. You would need a lower calorie protein drink to bulk up.
For us doing P90X Muscle Milk is good. Plus it tastes great , while others aren't great tasting.

I know those other drinks are horrible. When I first started going to 24HR Fitness I would drink the GNC brand protein shakes. I had to force them down, I would gag on them lol. They were nasty! Muscle Milk tastes great and I need the extra calories since I am not a big eater.

muscle milk is a protein shake. Like I said, if you are serious about bulking up, don't take muscle milk, too many calories compared to the amount of protein. Don't take so much protein either. Once in the morning and after wokring out. What you should drink during the day is water. Lots and lots of water.
