The name of the hot woman in 2b will be debated over and over thats a given. However, I think it should read that crying is only allowed if you are alone in a room with her, she starts to unbutton her blouse and your significant other walks in...

Subsection 2B.01 grants an exemption if your significant other walks in and begins to unbutton her blouse. However, those would be more tears of joy, so they may not fall under the exemption clause.
