You would be correct sir.

BUT......

Two things here.

1. It shouldn't matter. Nobody said or did anything wrong until a certain point.

2. The 'History' is a clash in personalities and styles. One side is ultra sensitive to things, and the other side is very brash. Both sides are equally strong willed.

Both sides have done much better over the passed few years to meet in the middle. This shouldn't have happened.

That's kinda what I'm asking you guys opinions on. What started this? Who started this?

The fantasy football part of this was a rules question that was plead by one side, decided and explained, and accepted. The FF part was over.

The fight started after that.

I hope I'm not giving away the side I tend to favor. Well, not favor per se', but my thoughts are certainly my side isn't MORE at fault.

This league started with me, and Bonnies dad. And grew from there to the 16 teams it has now. We've been doing it for 13 years.

I could make the concessions, but it would mean a member is thrown out that I disagree with. Which is fine, I'll do that, but it bothers me.

What I'd do if I was Bonnie:

1. Verbally swat Oversensitive Fantasy Footballer and Mouthy Fantasy Footballer for stirring this schiz up so near the holidays, especially over Fantasy Football (okay, so the real issue was rudeness, but it is rudeness OVER FANTASY FOOTBALL!!!)

2. Do myself up in goth attire and post the pix to the C5 Ladies' Thread, because Goth Bonnie would make CF smile.

LOL I could totally dress Goth like for Thanksdgiving, YEAH That way everyone would worry more about that and forget about this FANTASY FOOTBALL FIGHTING!
Its like changing the subject, they'll just think i've lost my mind! then just go right back to my old self and problem solved! hehe

So as a thank-you for my sterling outside-the-box advice...goth pix by next Halloween?

Priorities well in order,
CF

Agreed.

Won't happen though. VERY strong and stubborn people here.

Here is my suggestion.

Bonnie doesn't need to dress in Goth. She needs to dress in her next bikini outfit, which looks like the following. Not only will it make us all smile, but she is guaranteed to win the next contest.

I'm sure PQ will be happy with this as well, if she goes through with it...especially on Sundays while watching football to keep track of the fantasy scores.

Mods...delete this if it's over the line (I hope not)

Oh. Well, why didn't you say so?

I don't think anything said was bad enough to boot someone over it. Going to re-read it right now and pinpoint @ssdom, if indeed there is @ssdom to pinpoint.

Steve: The Pic Request Line starts right behind me.

Edit: So this is what I think happened. Travis all-capped "WE DON'T WANT TO BE UNFAIR TO ANYONE" to put emphasis on it. I don't think he *meant* to be yelling, but in the world of the internet, all caps is commonly seen as screaming. This set Amy off, and she got all well-I-won't-play-then huff about it. Pete(?) or whoever said, "If you can't deal DON'T PLAY" could have been more tactful. But, grain of salt, because A) this looks like only part of a conversation and B) we don't know the history here. Maybe the all-caps WAS screaming because of past arguments. So Eric says he did something and the computer didn't register it for whatever reason; Amy says she saw him do it. How can you "not be completely logged in?" I would think if he wasn't logged in he couldn't make his play, and if he was logged in it should've registered??

Back to my original conclusion: it's all just a big huff that will blow over and nothing was said that is bad enough to boot anyone.

My "unbiased" opinion

You know what, to me everything seemed to be explained and under control until Midnight when "Pete" piped in with the below:

Pete (Nov 9 12:03 AM): Amy computer RULES, and I think if it could yell !!!!!!!!!!!!!! it would in your case.
Pete (Nov 9 12:09 AM): Amy, this is a fun league and everyone enjoys it, there are problems from time to time and we all have lived with them, win or lose, except it and move on . If you can't let go of it. DON'T PLAY.

This looks to me like it was the turning point, was uncalled for and rude. Totally unnecessary, and maybe "Pete" had a problem with being very understanding because he couldn't use the word "except" properly in the sentence. It appeared to me that Amy had moved on, it had been more than 24 hours since it all started (I think)...

Sorry, had to go there, I hope you can "accept" (or is it except?) my unbiased opinion.

Good luck and really hope it works out for everyone!!!

Sorry one more thing, That Pete has some problems... I don't think anyone would say something like what was in his post (Pete (Nov 9 9:02 PM): ) regarding the war comment and the ALL CAPS after that, just because someone said screw you? Pete has real issues, no doubt about that!!!

Actually, you can. I've done it.

You can see your buttons to move players, and switch them on the board but when you go to 'Save Changes' it takes you to the login screen if you aren't already logged in. IF you told it to remember your username. Because when you go to the site, it remembers your user account, but won't be logged in.

I think you’re Ryan.

Oh Yeah, I think we might charge admission for Round 2
