It really isnt that hard. How to make a fiberglass box. I also think it would be a fun job just as long as it looks good. I have seen some people try to make them and just do terrible on the bondo job and it looks awful.

Maybe all you would need is the BA system and the subs. That should be enough my moms cobalt has the sub in the back and it puts out some good sound.

Speaking of car audio. I have a sony subwoofer and a kicker amp that was in the car when I got it. I'm happy with the way it sounds considering its a cheap $50 wal mart purchase. Hits harder than I expected. Anyways, to any 4th gen owners: I have my sub in the stock stealth box and stock location, drivers side of car opposite of spare tire. Anyways, the plastic piece that covers the sub and has the rear factory 6x9 or whatever it is, rattles like a bich and is very very annoying. I've got all the plastic pins in their designated holes but there is still like 1/2 gap right over my sub on the plastic piece and the actual car. I've tried stuffing shirts in the space to take up the space, didnt help at all. I've also tried heavy duty double sided tape to tape the plastic piece to the car but that also doesnt work. Any other 4th gen owners have this problem?

My subs don't rattle my car that much, you will always have a rattle, but when its to much its anoying. What i like about the 4th gen is that it doesn't really have a actualy normal trunk so the sound is sealed with you, and sounds harder.

We got lots of pioneer fan considering its the cheapest in price and is sold at wal-mart, but pioneer premier is great sound and great price.

Um... flowmaster?

I'd rather hear the car than the radio anyway. Only time I listen to the radio is on the highway. Around town I crack the driver side window just a tiny bit and leave the radio off.
