WOW! That is not right. My company has never made the customer make a claim to UPS etc or wait for their part/machine... we ship them another one and the RMA department takes care of the shipping claims. I call on this one. I would also take my business elsewhere.

Exactly my thoughts.........and for a President of this company to tell me that I need to deal with it because thats just the way it is and its not their responsability just really makes me wonder if I am the only one or if there are other customers who have been talked to like that as well ......

Okay. I see where I mis-spoke to begin with. You're right. If the guy had scanned it, it would have said delivered. I'm officially tracking... one of those days today where my brain and my mouth/fingers aren't necessarily hard-wired together.

Sounds like this company doesn't care to take the time to do the right thing. Do a charge back on your credit card, and I bet he gets off his ass and files that missing claim then.

Then buy the item from a better vendor.

You know what Nine Ball you're right I shouldnt have to wait another month !!! oh and for all you that kept private messaging me about who the vendor is, its JANNETTY RACING , sorry I had to put it out because I was getting an overwhelming amount of people asking me who the vendor was and yes I agree with some of the people who told me I need to speak up so that it doesnt happen to them.

If you still buy a replacement from them, then you deserve the customer service you got.

When people quit putting up with crap like this by spending their money elsewhere, is when they'll start caring about customer service.
