Damn, I forgot about antifreeze. I thought the liberals in California forced companies to change the formula so it's not toxic to animals?

Or you could just bring the kitty inside and solve/prevent this kind of stuff. It would totally suck if you get that new stripe installed and he jumps back up on that warm, inviting (gorgeous) hood again.

Wow, I know this feeling. I rent a room out of my buddy and his wife's house (he and I are USMC). About a month ago I left my room's door open for just a couple minutes as I was in the process of doing laundry, so I had just stripped my BRAND NEW $1000 beautiful sealy pillowtop mattress of its' sheets and matress protector. His wife's cat ran in while I was setting up the wash in the garage, pissed on the mattress and shat in the blankets that were on the floor. Soaked my damn mattress about a foot circle.

Worst. Smell. Ever.

So she was out of town, and my buddy was pretty tired of having it around too, so we took care of the situation in a quick humane fashion.

But if it had scratched my SS in the garage, i would have literally lost my mind and done something heinous to it.:slice:

Cats are wicked little turds, dude. Seriously I think they are evil.

Sorry to hear, hope your baby gets well.

I've seen this situation before. Uncle's kids/wife had a very...annoying/mean/did I say annoying? cat. They lived a good hour from the Illinois state line..I will just say that cat is no longer a Missourian. Pretty easy.

Also, my vote is for you to do this.

Wait until he crawls up under your hood....then start her up!

My friend had a cat that did that once because of the engine heat during winter...they had to bust the pressure washer out

Maybe you don't have coyotes out in Florida. Any gators?

You can always declaw the little beast and save your wife some grief.

Cool, thanks for the tip I'll give it a try.

LOL! Damn you guys are killing me. I do have a small lake behind my house with a coulple medium sized gators. I should toss him in and if he can make it to shore before the gators get him we'll keep him.

Oh man, cat peed on your bed? That would piss me off more than scratching my car. It took me years to find a mattress that I could sleep well on! Nothing smells worse than cat piss either; it's impossible to remove as well.

I found paw prints on my car only once so far... the cat is declawed but I'm glad he doesn't make a habit of it.
