I wish. May not be that much, it might be the CHEAPEST penalty of them all instead.

A mere $900 over 3 years.

I live in the sunshine state, southwest FL to be exact. Have been here since 1976 and love it. Yes the bugs and humidity and heat and hurricanes and old people can be a pain but you learn to deal with them. I am 10 minutes from the Gulf (of Mexico), which is a great palce to do some fishing. Not to mention there are some of the nicest golf courses in the country located within a short driving distance, (sorry, golf is awesome). During the winter "season" it gets pretty busy down here with all the old farts that want to hide from the northern winters , but the summers are paradise.
The summer afternoon thunderstorms are something you should witness, it can rain like hell for 5 minutes up to hours. It is not uncommon for up to 4 - 5 inches of rain to fall in that time. I also love extreme weather, and we get our fair share.
The cost of living is expensive, housing, taxes and insurance are outrageous because of all the hurricanes we had a couple of years ago. It seems to be leveling off now though. Job market is great for the service industry, the rich people have no problem paying somebody to work on their house. Many other job oppertunities in the area also.
Florida is the place for me

Much less dramatic than the Chicago area. I was appalled by going from -30F to 105F in a 1-month spam when I was stationed up there!

Summers average low-90's here in Northern VA, once or twice a month it peaks 100 or so. Winters rarely hit the single-digits, an inch of snow shuts down the whole area typically.

I love NC, Winter is avg 40 deg and get 1 -2 snows per year and 1 ice storm.
thats only last a day. Summers are hot in august but the rest of the year is nice.

Nebraska = Lincoln for 23 years. +'s Husker football and my top ranked education. -'s damn boring of a place during the off season!

Texas = DFW area. +'s Cheap living for such a large metro area, MILFS and well just plenty of things to do. -'s very hot most of the summer and driving sucks.

Flordia = Tampa Bay area. +'s Beaches, girls, and plenty of alligators to play with. -'s damn its pricey to live there, 90 degrees by 8am.

Colorado = Fort Collins. +'s nice weather year round, decent living, and damn that is one quiet place to live. -'s not shit to do besdies outdoor stuff (young kids = no go).

Kansas = Wichita. +'s cheapest place yet to live, plenty of things to do and only a few minutes drive from one side to another. MY HOT WIFE! -'s hell its wichita what good have you ever heard from them? besdies episodes of COPS.
