Smokey and the Bandit Original Gone in 60 Seconds Two Lane Blacktop Gumball Rally Vanishing Point LeMans w/Steve McQueen Grand Prix w/James Garner Car Wash Used Cars Mad Max Hollywood Knights American Graffitti and of course... CARS! Other movies like Italian Job and Bullitt had great chase scenes, but are not car movies

I couldn't make it through the original Gone in 60 Seconds. So I was going to say I prefer the remake, and I do really, really like the remake. Maybe I'll give the original another go after so many people said they like it.
Definitely Drive, that's one of the best movies, car movie or not, to come out in recent years. And like a lot of you said, the more the Fast and Furious films got away from ricers the better they got, but I haven't seen the newest one yet or Tokyo Drift. Honorable Mention: Smokey and the Bandit Transfomers(gave me chills when Bee turned into the 5th gen concept)
