A new video posted on Youtube shows the 8 minutes leading up to the super short statement given by Lane Kiffin when he announced his resignation from U.T. Football.

In the video, Bud Ford, the U.T. Sports Information Director, tries to block live coverage of the press conference and wants TV stations to turn off their cameras for the first portion of the news conference. They would only be allowed back on for a prepared statement.


Check it out, it gets pretty heated.

I agree, Lane could have just pulled a Cleveland Browns. However, I think Bud Ford needs the attitude adjustment. All that postulating was out of line. "You know you're in our building, right?" Sheesh, gimme a break. The reporter wasn't aggressive, he just stood his ground. Bud was actually getting up in his face like a high school kid.
