I honestly don't think Gracie is mafia. I think maybe high or clueless but don't think she mafia as of yet.

NL makes the most sense. Lynching someone now means lynching a townie, we have no evidence against anyone whatsoever right now. No matter what, when in night phase mafia is gonna off a townie. Lynching a townie and then having one killed at night is worse than immediately entering night phase so we can see who's gonna act suspicious the next day, and what fellow townies have found out at night.
