That's the plan. Its like getting 66% extra pay now with this new area. My personal overhead a year is probably only $4,000 under my net salary each year. I have no kids nor a mortage anymore, so its boosting the retirement accounts.

And well worth every penny that is. The best thing I did was get rid of my house and replace it with a cheap apartment. I'm out of town half the month anyways, so its easier to maintain.

Since I live in a town-house with no driveway, I'm thinking of storing my Camaro once I get it. The only quote I have so far is $70 per month for an outside parking space.
