Nope they denied it, truck driver said I quote it's easier to blame me than tell mommy and daddy you hit a curb. I told him what I think about him and his job. I'm trying to see if getting a lawyer involved is worth it.

If it's not a bad scratch, then no.

Mt 2000 Z28 got towed once when I owned it. It's was lowered and when they moved it they scratch the tail pipes. Of course they denied it, tried tellimg me i propbably backed into somethign and didn't notice it. I just buffed them smooth and went on.

Unless of course it was illegally towed, then you'd have a case.

Its pretty bad, and it was questionable towing but I already payed to get her out no way I was leaving it outside with those guys overnight.

Even if you already paid you can still claim an inproper tow for refund and such.

Oh no this has nothing to do with that, it was towed from in front of my dorm where I parked for 5 minutes with my hazards on because I had to take my clothes upstairs. It was in a dirt parking lot, which doesn't allow overnight parking and this was around 10 at night. Even though I'd been there for less than 5 minutes he towed me instead of a Mazda 3 or old Accord which had already been there when I parked.

It was 140$ to pay for towing and to get it out, it was towed less than 2 miles.
