I have a lucky one too. A buddy and I just finished working out, and he wanted to show me his new G35. We get out to the parking lot and wants to race, at first I said no, but he called me the P word, so I was like alright. 10:30 PM on a Saturday night. Did a pull, saw the lights behind us about 1/2 mile back. Buddy went to make a left turn and I decided to turn right to make sure he only pulled over one of us, of course he goes for me.

Officer walks up to my window yelling at me, says I was going 88 in a 40 and that he clocked me when I was decellerating. Got my informaiton and went back to his cruiser. Comes back with "Okay, I am going to write you a $550 dollar citation for speeding, drag racing, and reckless driving, you will need to appear in court for the reckless driving charges....ahhh im just f**King with you..." im shocked, he proceeds to tell me that he is just messing with me, and he is going to let me off with a wanring. His partner is practically crying from laughter (no doubt from the look on my face) Says that he has driven 5.0 mustangs his whole life, loves my car, says not to let him catch me here racing again or he will give me the ticket...one of the coolest cops I have ever met.

You folks need to make sure I don't ever go near a GMC dealership. I grew up in pickup trucks and just made this one on the GMC website. SLE with all the convenience bells and whistles, 5.3L V8, 20" wheels, 8" MyLink with navigation.

I had an '05 Silverado crew before. Extra space was nice but all it did was get me hauling everyone and their crap around, lol. I've had a single cab truck as long as I've been driving. Always loved them.

Well...made my doctors appointment for my racing physical in October. After that heading down to SoCal in Spring 2016 to get my NHRA Comp License and then beginning the process to get my SCCA Competition License by going to the Bondurant school in Arizona next summer.

While doing that I am going to find and pick up a 2005-2009 Mustang to convert into a Spec Mustang class racer.

Focus is on driver ability and suspension tuning vs raw power. Max of 315 WHP/325 WTQ and the factory motor must remain in spec, IE no new intake manifolds, heads, cams etc. The Ford Racing CAI and LT's are Class Spec. 91 fuel only, DOT tires.

I had a 2011 GMC Sierra Single Cab in Stealth gray, it was a stripped model, no cd player, manual locks, manual windows, ect, it had the heavy duty hauling package and the 5.3L V8. That thing could haul some ass, in both terms. It was fast off the line, but didn't have to cool factor of the Camaro, and Camaro is encoded in my DNA, I'll always own one.
