Took me 3 times looking at what you were trying to show Rick. All I saw yellow was I believe a hydrant on the corner. Never noticed the tire marks on the Black top.

Well guys, one of our own is fighting repercussions from a serious heart attack the other day, I'm not mentioning any names just yet, but if you're the praying type, remember this old fart in your prayers, he can use all he can get.

Rick do you remember the Morton salt container with the kid in a yellow rain suit. That is what that hydrant reminded me of yesterday. But no Umbrella. Black boots, yellow hat & rainjacket with the arms straight out.

Lemme tell you a story..... Years ago I met an old coot in this thread. He told me he was gonna build a kick-ass 5th gen, fastest of the bunch! I liked him from the start. I don't know how many of you were on back then, but you all probably know, or know of him. A real stand up guy... one of the best.

SSE 4 2SS, Robert, one of our moderators was on an oil rig off-shore near Brazil. About a week ago he had a heart attack. I don't think he has been conscious since, and multiple complications.

Journal entry by Debbie Taylor — 11/3/2017

The symptoms of the heart attack appeared quickly. Robert and fellow crew members had boarded a rig off the coast of Trinidad to prepare it for relocation. Robert was working in an office area when he told a coworker he thought he was having a heart attack. Quick thinking and action on the part of several made things happen that saved Robert’s life. Several men shared the responsibility of CPR and use of the automatic defibrillator. Others called for transport back to Port of Spain and a hospital. Others gathered up Robert’s belongings and duffel bag. Others helped move Robert out of the little office and through the stairwells of the rig. The rig doctor, safety rep, and others boarded the helicopter to continue vigilance and vigorous CPR in flight; one of whom remained at the hospital while Lloyd’s Registry arranged for Debbie to travel to Robert.

Yes, I sorta do. Thanks for reminding me.

Nothing like ending the work day with a couple of Fireball and Diet Coke drinks.

Good morning,Trick,Rick,Ruby.
Got all my outside work done yesterday just in time. We got about a 1/2 in. snow over night 23 degrees this morning. Got the snow blower out, car snow brush, and sharpened the wifes shovel for her. [Good luck with that] LOL Trick have a safe trip home.

People up here are so [STUPID] They just never learn year after year. That this is snow country& can't remember how to drive in snow and ice. Numerous accidents this morning.

So sorry. Hope for recovery or at least comfort. Very sad.

Hello all. Happy Veteran's day and thank you for your service to all who served.

My uncle Wally past away last year. Never posted this since it was his story to tell or not tell. He had them mail his award instead of his president handing it to him. The guys that did not come back were the real heroes. He knew what it felt like to cut another man in half with 50 caliber gun on a scraping run. Happy Veterans Day to anyone that has served. These debts can never be paid back.
