Rick --- Man I do not know how you could sell it. Glad you can make heads or tails of it. Looking forward to your next one is a real plus. Man, I do not think I could part with one of mine. Anxious waiting to see your replacement.

Had the white walls turned inside on the 69. Been wanting to do that since I got it. White letters sometime in the future. Got other irons to be taken out of the fire first.

I think it was time. Right now, I have no regrets. I'll announce it when it arrives. But I did post a photo a few weeks ago.

Like I said, I think it was time.

Is your 69 Lemans Blue. That looks nice. Wish I could find pics of my Glacier Blue 69.

My first replacement old car arrived yesterday.

That is a spare tire bolt for a _______. Dam it looks familiar. But don't all of them look about the same really.

Mine is Glacier Blue. My first one was Azure Blue that had a little green in it.

...for a THIS.

I liked it a lot, and it won't require much to "make it mine". Oh, and the working AC will definitely be appreciated here in AZ.

The proceeds from the Chevelle bought this 66, paid off the Camaro, will pay for some things I need for the Caprice, and put some extra $$ in our bank account. Christmas came early.

Nice Rick. I had a similar financial year. Got a nice bonus over the summer that paid for the Camaro mods I will be working on this winter. Then I bought extra playoff tickets for all of the Indians games. That allowed me to go to the games for free and put enough aside to put a down payment on a new SUV for my wife. We want to try and get one last winter out of our beater Escape before we buy it but if it dies I don't have to worry now.

Rick --- Looks great!!! Like those wheels. The chrome trim rings look like rally wheels.

Nice purchase Rick! Sounds like a pretty good financial year for some of us Old Farts. Finally settling our parents estate allowed my sisters & I to all become debt free & put away a good bit for retirement. Sad way to financial freedom but thankful for it. It is interesting but sort of sad to see what someone else did to our family home & the mini farm we worked so hard on is turning into a nice subdivision. I am amazed that my parents managed to go from having nothing to planning well enough for both of them to be well cared for through their final years & serious illnesses and that much left over. I am sure missing my parents today though. My Facebook memory this morning made me cry but I am so glad I recorded it. Dad was already in assisted living & this was the last Thanksgiving we had outside the facility as a family. Dad had lost a lot of his mental capacity but could still say grace. Here is is. Happy Thanksgiving to all my Old Fart friends.

What a wonderful memory to have recorded. I wish I had something from my parents. Jackie and I had a nice Thanksgiving dinner by ourselves today. We found a small Turkey and made all of the usual side dishes. We even made a plate of Turkey for each of our Dachshunds as a treat and we have leftovers for another meal or two. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.

I just bought my new wheels. I decided on chrome ZL1 replicas. Estimated delivery is next Thursday but I won't mount them till sometime over the winter. I have a lot of changes for the Camaro this winter with the new wheels and new upper and lower grill. I decided on chrome since it will no longer be a DD and should only come out of the garage on sunny days. I will post some before and after pictures once I start working on it.
