Thanks John

thanksgiving went well , will post some pictures soon . the cottage right now only has a minimal amount of furniture in it as we only put up 4 tables so everyone could eat at a table .

Rick that is great if the other party is willing to wait till your Chevelle sells . I am a little surprised that someone has not made a serious offer for it ..

In 2 weeks mine go into storage, and I have a serious offer for my 97 30th anniversary convertible , and another guy wants to see it on the wknd if it does not work out. . I took it into GM today for a safety inspection and emission test , it passed everything .So lets see how serious they are now that everything is ok ...

Looks like the 97 30th anniversary Z28 convertible has sold .The gentleman will pick it up in 2 weeks . Funny how you have something for sale with little interest then all of a sudden alot of flks become interested in it .if it did not sell by oct 22/23 it was going to storage .

I received three acceptable offers (all three were the same amount) from people that have since disappeared. I've received two low ball offers, one of which was stupid low.

I've talked to many interested parties on the phone, some for 1 1/2 hours +, only for them to disappear too. Either there are lots of lonely car people out there, or everyone is hoping for desparation on my part.

I'm not real interested in calling these people back for follow up, either they want the car or they don't want it. When the Impala sold, one person wanted it and never stopped following up or contacting me. My wife keeps telling me to remain patient, the right buyer will come along.

In the mean time, I'm still driving it and enjoying it.

Lots of car selling going on lately & I'm over here just getting a bigger collection. LOL

70rsz28, glad you got a buyer you felt good about.
Patience Rick. It will work out.

Meanwhile, our house looks like a used car lot. The Z & Mike's 5th gen live in the garage, his 2002 aniversary edition z28 & Ruby under the car port & daddy's truck in front of them. I took the 370Z to get clear bra & tint yesterday & stayed all day but there were problems with the cut pattern for the bumper that had to get worked out so they still have it. He got the bumper problem solved & the clear bra is done & he is working on the tint. Meanwhile he got to playing with some carbon fiber wrap & sent me some pics to see if I like it. It is easily removed if I don't but he is doing it for free for me. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the input. I kind of like it on the pics but am reserving judgement until I see it in person.

Jan the Z looks good !

Rick that is the part i hate dealing with tire kickers and also agree either you want it or not . The right person will come around.

John a hyper blue ZL1 would be a great addition to the fleet of blue cars, but I think my wife would have a different opinion on that .ha ha
