Today was my last day of dance exercize class for a while. Tomorrow is my Friday then I will be off for a week & a day. Heading to the Smokey Moutains for some R&R. I will be on my own for fitness. They have a little gym with a few pieces of equiptment, indoor pool & I will take my dumbells. Then shopping, maybe a hike.....and a LOT of sitting in the jacuzzi with bubbles, candles & a glass of wine! I can't wait. Mentally,...........I am already there.

My gym is having a powerlifting contest mid april. I am thinking about entering and pushing myself one more time. I need to get my bench back up over 450 lbs. If I am going to do it, I need to start lining up my workout and getting all my nutritional supplies. Bigger and Stronger is needed.

The combination of changes in my eating & adding weight training must have really kicked in my metabolism. Now I am getting very hungry frequently. I wake up very hungry & if I get busy at work I get very hungry. I am afraid that is going to sabotage my weight loss. Solutions? Not sure when I'll get to check back in but I will when I can.

I am participating in my friends "pop toning" ... she goes to Zumba class and her instructor will send texts at random saying what exercise to do! Today we had to do 3 sets of 1 minute push up pulses!! You basically do a half push up and pulse 3 times at the half way point, then move your upper body to the left and repeat, go to the middle and repeat, then go to the right and repeat...then just cycle the process for one minute! Whew! I worked up a sweat and never knew a minute could be so looooooong!!! LoL!! These pop toning sessions are just a bonus add on to my regular workouts! They are kinda fun too. Whoever walks into my office while we are doing pop toning gets a surprise because I make them join us!! Today I had 7 people in my office doing pop toning!! I love being the boss!!!
