Hope it was a good day driving great cars.

Another day of snowmagedon here I took a few pics with my work I phone That I can upload to my laptop, so here are a few. We lost one large branch from our pine tree but it could not have fallen any more perfectly if we had pruned it ourselves.....and it was a branch we needed to prune anyway. NO harm & less work. Mother nature helped with the pruning. Now we are ready for that hot tub! I made some Hershey's Chocolate snow cream for the first time in years. Nighty night.

It hit 60 in Denver yesterday.... Don't know if it was a record but sure was nice!

The Snow Cream looks good Jan - Last time it snowed here was 1989.

I was in Greensboro Friday when the Blizzard started and almost got stuck there for the weekend. Fortunately, my boss let me leave at 8:30. I don't drive in the snow that often but I can tell you this was one of the worst storms that I have ever encountered as far as driving. There were no less than a dozen vehicles in the median and 2 cars spun out in front of me. Luckily I was going slow enough to stop and avoid them.

It took me 4 1/2 Hours to go from Greensboro to Charlotte which is normally a 2 Hour drive at the most. The good news is that I made it home Friday night and was able to compete in the Wanna Go Fast event in Ocala Saturday morning. Here's some pics of the Blizzard & Wanna Go fast......

I went to the Wanna Go Fast event here in Georgia but it was up in the mountains at an air strip. Didn't participate, just was a spectator.

This is John Travolta's private airstrip that they rent. I ran 6 times top speed in the 1/2 Mile was 137.2788 MPH. It was a blast! Hope to have my 86' IROC-Z ready for next year with slicks!
