I start working this coming Thursday, 1/21. The auction starts Tuesday, 1/26 at 2 PM AZ time. I'll work every day until the last car crosses the block sometime on Sunday, 1/31.

It sure is getting slower & slower on C5 & C6 is no better. I miss the way things were.

I have to put some of the Blame on the leadership. There are many new members on GEN6. They have no Idea what a FEST is. The longer the MODS hold off telling us DATEs and Location more and more people are making other plans. I have alone convinced at least 5 people to go to SUPERFEST. I'm excited to see the Lansing Plant. This will be my last toy car.

Non-stop crises today at work. However, one more day and I am on vacation! Woo hoo.

Things like this are cyclical, but there will always be a core of people who have their 5th gen Camaros and fix them and mod them etc. I'm sure there will be less participation as more go to the 6th Gen, but it's ok............There will probably be a CamaroFest but with more 6th Gens.

Snow day!!!!!!!!! Funny thing is all the schools & even college campuses announced closed last night even before the first bit of precipitation started to fall. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad, but when I was a kid there had to be a few inches of snow or a coating of ice before they would think of closing schools. I awoke to find a thin coating of freezing rain covered by a layer of sleet & snow on top of that and still snowing hard. Now the snow has stopped & we ended up getting about 1- maybe 2 inches of snow over the ice. Roads are a mess but my butt is not going anywhere.

Snow day #2. It was refrozen or still frozen this morning & both walking & driving hazardous this morning. It is thawing some now but snowmagedon is coming in tonight sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo................snow day #3 is coming tomorrow. I'm not sad. I'm practicing for retirement.

The last time I had 3 snow days in a row was last November. Took a bit more snow to do that here 74" to be exact. This year snow has been much more manageable and I am happy to go to work and not have the snow.

Middle Tennessee is a huge mess! I still cannot figure out how to get pics from my phone to my laptop or to post them to C5. I will try to post a link to my Facebook page & maybe you can see them there. Old people like me don't need new phones without a personal trainer.
