I grew up with Florida being an average team... if they won a big game, I was ECSTATIC.... and if they lost, I was disappointed. However it was nothing close to the ridiculous fan behavior of today where beating a team wasn't enough. Next year we are going to be rebuilding, but we're still going to be better than 95% of CFB. This season was the worst I've ever experienced.... because it was a no win situation. We had to win by 40 to feel good about it, and we didn't feel that any game should be competitive. If it wasn't competitive it wasn't exciting, and if it was, it was a let down. We'll loose a few games in the coming years, but I am REALLY looking forward to being excited about wins again. |

ugh... I'm so bummed. AZ got crushed by Nebraska. I was expecting them to beat us. And didn't feel that AZ should have been ranked higher than them.....
But damn... we couldn't get a stop and couldn't get a first down..... Hats off to Nebraska. They should be real tough next year. I Hope AZ can recover and pick up next season like the team that tied for 2nd in the pac - 10... I'm still a big fan of Mike Stoops... Last year the Pac went undefeated in bowl games.... This year??? we are getting worked over... brutal.
