Stuck in Raleigh NC. My 2:20 flight had mechanical issues so I was rescheduled for a 6:25 departure. With my connection in Baltimore I should get home around 9:30. I got here at 12:20 I almost could have driven home by that time. I did get a $200 travel voucher for my inconvenience.

All that time there you should have punched a time card. Maybe they would let you run the X-Ray scanner on the luggage or the women.

Very busy day. Clients & chaos. Left a little bit early to take care of some business with my dad's estate & got a hair cut. Then home & made a batch of my Brown Sugar Maple Black Walnut Fudge And Cheese logs for tomorrow's party. Now I have a couple of notes to do before I can turn in. I have a full day of stuff to do tomorrow to get ready for the party. No news from daddy today. My older sister was supposed to go check on him but have not heard from her. I'll go see him tomorrow before the party. I better get busy then get to bed. Have a good weekend crew.

About to take Shakira for a long drive this weekend to clear my mind and get in the mood for career change. Leaving customer service at the hospital to start new career as an interpreter for the same hospital here in Austin, Texas.

Good luck with the change. Our interpreters got paid a premium!

Up & ready to finish prep for the Camaro club Christmas Party & visiting my dad. Have a good Saturday crew.

AzShadow --- Welcome to the nut house !!

Jan --- I have never seen a necklace tool. One always needs the right tool for the job. I pray for your dads suffering to end and that he is reunited with your mom.

Rick --- The Christmas lights look great. The cactus with a cowboy hat is a nice touch for your area. How far south are you thinking of snow birding ??

Trick or Captain --- Your vessel is very impressive with that 350 tucked inside the hull. It might not knock Normagene's top off, but it sure could blow it up around her head and make it look like a Michigan football helmet!!

Hope everyone has a fun safe week-end !!

John

Good luck with your new career.

New milestone this morning. I've lost 80 lbs! Ten more to go!

Rick I barely had time to run to the men's room much less eat anything in Baltimore. I got off the first flight stopped at the men's room walked 3 gates over and they were paging me because I was the last person to board the connecting flight.

Well I survived the club Christmas party. It was pretty fun. Turnout was light this year.

I visited with my dad before the party. He was not as alert with me as he had been with my sister earlier in the day. He was trying to talk but I could not understand anything he said. He did look better than the last time I saw him; more responsive too. I went ahead & took his Christmas present to him. They say that toward the end they get really cold. I got him a fleece UT blanket. I managed to get a tiny bit of fluids in him.

Thanks John - My family and I have had a lot of great summers with that boat! Believe it or not it's 9 years old and those pics were taken about a month ago.
