I visited with daddy today. He was sleeping & they had not come to wake him up for lunch when I left at a little after noon. They usually wait until most of the others have eaten since they need to feed him. He seemed to be resting comfortably, not grimacing or seeming to be in pain & I only heard him cough a little which is usually the case when he is asleep. He seemed to be deeply sleeping & dreaming intermittently. He would squeeze my hand sometimes & talk a bit in his sleep but nothing understandable. He opened his eyes briefly a few times but did not seem to be seeing me though looking right at me. That was my visit.

We had a nice visit & meal with Mike's parents then home in a light rain. It was a pretty good day. Now to get ready for another work week.

WE have our Finding New Roads Tour this coming Wed October 28th. After hearing what the first 200 get I won't worry about getting there early But if you drive your Camaro you get Upfront VIP parking Now weather I want to take my car out of storage that's another story <<<<

Yea we have been running a lot of late enjoying the fall weather We went down and visited the Store in IOWA of the Cable show the PICKERS :0 Of course they weren't there :( But was fun to actually be there and see some of the thing we had seen them pick on the Show <<< Your going to LOVE retirement I sleep until NOON once in awhile HAHAHAHAHA And when it snowed last winter and the roads really sucked, I called my OLD boss. I said HAVE a great day driving in this shit HAHAHAHAH

What a Monday! Fairly busy day at work but got all my notes done. Left a little early & headed to the Y. Did a mile on the track, then belly dancing class then the dance exercise class............................................. ..I am spent! I will be very sore this week. Turning in early.

There is a show on A & E tonight about the local legend of the Bell Witch Cursed. Not sure if I will be able to stay awake long enough but we are recording it just in case.

Claire and I went to the Ravens-Cardinals game tonight. Although the Ravens lost, we had a great time. University of Phoenix Stadium is a great venue.

We got the results of daddy's test but it really did not tell us anything new.

Morning All - Had a good time at Talladega. Got to give NASCAR the Black Flag for the finish though. The Sprint Cup drivers are supposed to be among the best in the world. But it looked like they were driving bumper cars at the State Fairgrounds on the last 2 restarts!

The parade lap had about 50 to 60 Plymouth Superbirds and Dodge Daytona's.
