Welcome aboard Mike.
I had a busy Friday but got all my notes done. I was home by 4:30 & headed to the Y. I did a mile on the track then my dance exercise class. I'm beat! Glad it is Friday. No cruise tomorrow. We will reschedule.

Good morning crew. Cruise cancelled so I will spend the day finishing & mailing off the photo project for my kids Christmas present.(part of it anyway) Happy Saturday.

Hahaha, only my hubby would go all the to Gillette stadium and not even bother going in, didn't even park the car. Said it was just way too many people for him.
He did say the ride was gorgeous! The foliage colors were stunning! |

if you have not had the chance to see a 2016 in person you will get to see 3 or 4 of them. They let us sit in them, mess around with the infotainment center, lights, take liner out of the trunk & look under there, look all around in the engine bay, adjust seats, etc. & there were different colors & components to see. I had seen them at the Fest but not quite so hands on. If not for that I would have been more impressed. I was just disappointed that there were no Chevy execs, no presentation & no better give-aways.

Today turned into a day to finish my picture project & do housework. I completely stripped down my bed including mattress cover & rotated my mattress.....just in case. There is an outbreak of treatment resistant bed bugs & head lice in our area & among my clients. Luckily no evidence of either found. I got everything done.
Going to visit my dad & Mike's parents tomorrow. After a week & a half of calling the nursing home daily to find out the results of dad's scan, My sister finally called the hospital to find out what the problem was. They told her the nursing home had never requested the results.  Hopefully we will know something by Monday.

This nursing home seems to be better than most but yeah, there is an element of that. They always want us to leave the room when they change him but we insist on staying so we can give him a good look over. So far his skin looks great. No bed sores or bruising. Hope he is doing well today.

I know I have not posted much recently. I injured my back a few weeks ago snd while it only kept me out of work for a week it still hurts a lot of the time so I have not slept well and I have just been sort of depressed lately. My chiropractor is trying to get the insurance co to approve a neck MRI to see if they can figure out what is wrong with me. I hope I know soon because I am just tired of not feeling well. I have always been pretty healthy so this is something I have not been throgh before.
