Really jerky motion, but that's in Sport mode, which is what it's normally in. If I had it in Performance mode 4 or 5 it would probably spin the tires a lot more.
At $500 / Tire I don't spin the tires that often. When the roads are wet I'll do some drifting but I haven't experienced what you've described with the auto.

Yeah, that's the problem, the nannies don't allow tire spin especially in a turn. Instead the nannies kill the power and if you stay on the throttle the power goes on/off/on/off......bucking the car.

I do like the way the nannies make sure you get absolute minimum tire spin and maximum traction. I tried it with everything OFF. RPMs at 3,500 or so and popped the clutch. WOW do they spin, I coulda burnt them right off. Only tried that once. Plus I was again spinning them after shifting into second and hitting the throttle.

Much safer with the nannies on.

Give it a try and let me know how crazy it is, it has nothing to do with it being an auto or stick, it's just how the nannies overreact.

At a stop, making a left or right, no traffic, hit the throttle half way, enough that you know it should whip the ass end out, and then try to keep the throttle on.

Your first instinct will be to immediately let off, but try to keep the power down and hang on because it will buck like crazy.

I went to see daddy again today. He was up in his wheelchair having just eaten. He was more alert & was trying to sing or talk intermittently but you couldn't tell what he was trying to sing or say. The nurse said she had taken him off his Valium which is why he was more alert but he also seemed to be in a little more discomfort. We waited until they put him back in bed & he seemed to get easy & be resting comfortably after a little while. My older sister went with me. Afterword we went & put some new flowers on Mama's grave & on those of our grandparents & a few other family members.

Mike grilled some steaks & brats again for supper. Another weekend has come & gone. Next week I will work some days & be off others. It is spring break & I will do some home visits but doubt I can fill 5 days with them so I will take some days off.

Had a good weekend. Displayed the Camaro in our local club's show on Saturday. Met a lot of good people, including the car's previous owners, which was very cool. Had a great day with my son today. He helped me run errands, and had a great day without any meltdowns or tantrums.

Have to travel this week to Utah for some client meetings. I leave on Monday and won't be back until late Thursday night, so the car will be in the driveway all week and the poor truck will be in long-term parking at the airport. I'm not fond of these weeks, as I will be away from the kids and my own bed, but hopefully, it is not too bad and the kids do ok.

Good morning. I got to sleep in again this morning but now need to get going. I need to start making calls to schedule home visits. I'm not fond of this part of the new job but they need us to bring in some $ while the kids are on Fall Break. Have a good Monday.

Dang, working from home & making home visits is more work & less accomplished. I only did one home visit where 2 clients lived, updated all their documents & spent the rest of the day keying all the stuff in the computer, calling trying to schedule other visits for the week & making paper copies at the office. It is twice the work doing paper forms then having to key them into the computer too.

My daughter surprised us by coming home unexpectedly. She had planned on it then thought she would not be able to but it worked out after all. I'll get to spend some time with her this week too. She wanted to visit my dad one more time in case he continues his downward spiral. She already went to see him once & will probably go by again before going back to Fla.

Now that's a great loving daughter.

Good morning. Got to sleep a little later again this morning but now heading out to more home visits. It is a cool, dewy morning after a cold front with some rain/storms moved through last evening. HAGD all.
