This is effin insane. I have called all over for parts, barrels, bolt carrier group, lower parts kit, etc. everything is either a 6-8 month back order or they are so far behind they have quit taking back orders.

I was looking for an M&P AR19 but there are none around. I am going to look at one tomorrow. I have no knowledge of them. Can you trick them out. Do you have a picture?

An original unmolested Colt will always have a healthy resale value, but pretty much any clone can be just as good a rifle, if not better, for the same money.

I agree but the problem I face is Obama, time and a lack of stock at any shop. If I want one before Obama tells me I can't have one I need to act.

Ya you can do pretty much what ever you want. I put a free floating quad rail on mine, new flip up sights, low pro gas block, black gas tube, and a red dot. With more to come if I can find the damn part lol

You can change out whatever you want on it.

I agree. That's why I kept all of my stock parts so I can change it back to the original form if I ever decide to sell it, but that won't ever happen.
