my 3 favorite things
Football's my favorite sport, but I don't really have a favorite team. A few teams I can't stand (cowboys, patriots at the bottom of my list). I like a good underdog and/or strong defense...

Substitute "pizza" with "women" and it's my list of 3 favorite things.

I'll take that as admitting that there is more than one "her" present, hence, Bossbunny is a separate entity than "she who's name must not be spoken".

I am with you 100% on hating the patsies, they are the local team here, I can't stand them along with most of their fans.

women is automatically included in that list

Eating too many carrots is more likely to make your skin orange/red than weight gain.

It's all about proportion and balance.

Fun-fact: pizza is a balanced foods, as far as calorie sources for carbs/fats/proteins as well as other vitamins and antioxidants (depending on ingredients). So if you're ever taken hostage, and you have the choice of your meals, pizza's not too bad of an option.
Ah, but she was talking about putting on weight -not heart health. And whats wrong with orange skin? Lots of people actually pay money for that look. Just look at the cast of the Jersey Shore. That gives me a great idea. The Skipette marketing team should see if they can get some product placement on that show during its last season. Lots of national exposure and potentially a whole new market for the Skipette brand. I'm not sure what demographics you are targeting, but I bet you are under represented in ... whatever that group is. Just something to think about.

Back to being healthy ... imagine the two following scenarios: Being careful not to eat too much & avoiding bad food, and doing some light exercise. OR eating anything you want (including stuff with saturated fat and cholesterol) in any quantity you want, but then burning the excess calories by running and/or other more intense activities which improve your cardiovascular system. I bet that the 2nd person will ultimately be healthier. Yes yes ... the 'best' choice is to eat right and get lots of exercise (of varying types).

I haven't seen any studies comparing diet vs exercise, but I'd assume each would have benefits and risks. Good diet and light exercise might improve body habitus and cholesterol profile, but may not do much for stamina or cardiovascular endurance; while poor diet and intense exercise would improve physique, cardiovascular endurance and stamina, but I doubt it negates cholesterol intake (cholesterol is a poor energy source, much different than triglycerides. It is mainly used for steroid/hormone products and give plasma membranes their fluidity).
