No since I have to cut it for the Hex Vents I did not get it painted. Still trying to figure out if I want to get it painted IOM or just go with a matte black paint for now. I can always hsve it air brushed later if I can think of something to put on it. For now I just want to get rid of the saggy felt that is on there now.

I survived the training day. It was actually not bad & we got some new materials to use in therapy. I did a mile & a half today on the track, then my dance exercize class then 10 minute abs class. 1 hr & 40 min again. So I'm tired again. It is not looking like I am going to lose any weight before the fest so & guess Sunday I'll be buying some new clothes. None of the shorts I bought last year when I was smaller, fit anymore & stupid me threw away the bigger ones. I have decided I just have to keep fat clothes, medium me clothes & a few skinny clothes all the time. Frustrated.

Don't know what the heck is wrong with me today. Haven't been in the best of moods, and I've been hungry all day! I've been eating, but something is wrong.

I don't feel bad, just ravenously hungry!

That's weird Rick. Maybe your body is trying to tell you something. Hopefully nothing major though. Are you staying hydrated? I read somewhere that often when we think we feel hungry we are really needing water.

LOL at long lost relatives suddenly appearing just in time to visit you in Texas Skip!

It finally rained here last night. Everything needed the water. It is off to Nashville today. HAGD all.

Feeling better and in control today. Reflecting back, I did eat an insufficient breakfast. Didn't make that mistake today.

I hope not. Don't think I could deal with small children on a daily basis.

Good evening crew. Busy day, long commute home, lazy evening. Nighty night time soon.

Good Friday morning. Weather with the big 3 H's has returned to Tennessee after a break of a day or so. Super Hot, Humid & Hazy is predicted through the next 10 days. "Air you can wear" is definitely not my favorite. We have a club event tomorrow then an officer's meeting to talk about all the drama that has sucked the fun out of it. I dread it.

That's the Best part of being a Camaro owner! It's was specifically designed with a trunk that's made to hold Two Adults. As everyone knows it's the favorite vehicle choice of Drug Dealers and Murderers.

Although you do have to supply your own duct tape/shovel and/or whatever your favorite necessary tools may be to get the job done.

The convertible top would have to fold down on top of them.

Last night a company wide "upgrade" was done to all of our PC's there. So far, I have been sitting here unproductive for 1.5 hours waiting for IT to fix two issues the PC I log onto has before I can start working. Glad I finished everything on my schedule as of yesterday.

Drove over to a (new to me) car cruise tonight. This parking lot is in much better shape than the other Friday venue here in the west valley. And it is GM night here tonight.

I posted this in the V6 section but wanted to see if any of you guys had any thoughts:

First let me vent a bit then the questions. I am pissed off!!!!! I took Ruby to the dealership to have the radiator flushed a few weeks ago. Today I got it out & just ran about 5 mi down the road to get gas. No problem. On the way back home about a couple miles from the house & get a warning light "Engine overheated" Then "Idle engine". I crept a few feet down the road to the next intersection where I could safely pull over. I shut the car off & popped the hood. Everything looked okay, no steam, but the fan ran for a little while. Called hubby. No coolant showing on the dipstick but we could see a little in the radiator under the pressure cap. we added about 2/3 a gallon. Soooooo it appears they did not fill my car sufficiently with coolant. Grrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!.

Now the questions. Is it normal for the car to get that hot with only a 2/3 of a gallon low on like a 5-7 mi drive? After we added the coolant & it was driven around the block it read 199 degrees. When we got it home like 2 miles more) it read 205 degrees then dropped to 201 with a few min at idle. What is the normal operating temp of our cars? I had taken at least one road trip after it was serviced of about 70 mi each way. There was no leak indicated on the garage floor under the car. I did think I smelled something when I started it up but I thought it smelled more like gas fumes. Thoughts?
