Dang! That is pretty detailed. It even has the chicklets!

Good morning crew. Another chilly, misty morning but they are not calling for any rain today. It stayed drizzly all day yesterday which they did not call for. It was supposed to clear up. I am sore but not as badly as I expected. But I definitely need my coffee. HAGD.

Here's one close to your color Jan;

Wonder why my color is more expensive? I guess since RJT was a color that cost $200 more in the real car, the diecast is more too?

I would have spent more time with my parents, stayed in contact with my friends, not been in such a hurry to marry being more choosy in who I picked (the first time) & started saving $ for retirement earlier.

I honestly can't think of anything significant.

At 23, I was freshly college-graduated, had a decent job, and was newly married with our son "under construction", as it were. Even the stage for what sort of car enthusiast I would become had been pretty much set.

Still married to the same girl, it'll be 45 years as of later this month.

Thanks Norm and an early congratulations on 45 years .

Welcome okbfd !

Rick are you going to colour the top tan to match your car ?

At 23 years of age I had my 80 corvette and was giving thought to getting the 84, but decided to keep it and by a S10 4x4 . That was the age I was when I met my wife so I really would not change anything . no regrets

Diane let us know how the hot rod power tour is going

Today my sweet mother would have turned 80. Happy Birthday Mama. I sure do miss her.

This is a hard top, so probably not. But I may try it on another car.

Will do, getting camera stuff together now, charging everything up and making sure I have all the cords.

I had 2 kids, had been married to my high school sweetheart for 3+ years, had a new home, my parents, in-laws and family were close by. Had already had my fun in high school and college and loved spending time with family and friends.

If I had it to do again, I would have more strongly encouraged my husband to transfer back closer to home to be closer to the rest of our families. I still miss "home" where I grew up.

The family spent lots of time together so no regrets there. I'm generally a happy person, so I try to look at my blessings and move on.

Wow...almost 20 acres. Imagine all the space to keep cars! I need my own place something bad. Im tired of hearing complaints from my landlady about a car being on stands every now and again...

But when she needs a jump because she forgot her lights on, or tire change Im the first one she asks for help....

Im going to look out houses again. (if that was near me, Id so look at it!, but Im in NY)

Yeah full basement. The den needs to be re-done but it would make a great mancave.
