This Maryland pollen is driving me nuts. My eyes are itchy and watering.

My co-workers are all telling me I am half the man I used to be. Feels good to hear that. Of course they want to know my "secret". I think I am starting a low/no carb revolution here. It will be interesting to see how many actually follow through.

Met up with my sister last night. She is a personal trainer and dietitian. She seemed impressed with what I have learned and taught me a few additional things. We discussed the "ideal weight" thing and decided when I hit 200, stop the weight loss and work to maintain it. Haven't weighed in since I left AZ, but I believe I am behaving.

Hope everyone has a great day and feel better soon.

Looks like fun Jan. Sorry there was drama.

Had fun visiting my awesome co-worker's new house tonight in Hanover, PA. Too bad the Utz Potato Chip factory store was closed.

My best time was 9.1951 (1/8 mi track). My dial in was 9.10 That run my reaction time was .1989 but my best reaction time was .1179. It was a pretty good set of runs. My last was a total screw-up. I was barely staged & the car must have rocked back a bit & my tree never went down.

Welcome to the crew Castrosua!

Glad it is Friday. Tomorrow Pepper gets a bath & wax & Ruby gets a quick bath & detailer.

Thanks and holy moly you're a quick one! I cant aspire to those numbers with my lil 6. I admit I got the dreams of swapping until Scarler (my Camaro) has the proper number of cylinders. But If and when, it will be no electronics until then she will just have to look pretty, so Im waiting on my louvers!

Welcome Castrosua.

Skip, I use Adam's Quick Seal on the wheel face and barrels.

After work Friday, I headed over to the Lowes Cruise. It was great seeing everyone again. And I stayed until closing with the organizer and his wife, good people that I miss.

Today a buddy and I are headed to Fawn Grove, PA for a car show. I may have a loaner to show. I may take some cell phone pics. Wish I could have brought my gear.

I'm on vacation now, time to have fun. I also get to move from this hotel the company pays for to another I pay for.

It is not that hard to get those numbers in our V6. In fact my best time ever was when I had only my CAI inc. intake on. It was a 9.1547. A few more mods & I am around that time consistently and hope to better it this year too.

It is a bit chilly here this morning. It looks like some rain may be moving in. We need it so I won't complain but it may moderate my ambitions for car washing. We will see how much I can get done. Have a great Saturday crew.

Posted some pics on Facebook from a car show I went to today. Won a $50 Rutters gift certificate from a raffle!

Afterwards, attended a local Walmart Cruise and talked to some more friends. All I need is a cool cruiser, instead of the Lincoln MKC I have.
