Ive been hearing a lot about the game called H Hour. Its being created by the same guy who made Socom US Navy Seals 1 & 2 on the PS2. Not sure how many of you ever played that game but it was by far my most favorite army shooter ever. Apparently Sony shut down all the online servers though on the full franchise series as of this point or starting Jan 2014 so youre unable to play online anymore. The guy who originally created socom though wants to make something very similar and bring it back

I never owned a socom game but I do know how many people loved its multiplayer and if they can somehow recreate that, I might have jump in on the fun

Just saw an interview with the director of H-Hour, he said the creator that made Socom 4 what it was has agreed to be the villain and you can shoot him as many times as you like

I don't know who he is or how bad he messed up in that game but I think that's pretty awesome for him to agree to that, and gives more die hard fans a Lil more incentive but I'm sure they didn't need that

Im almost certain of it. Ill have to see the reviews on it first.. I already have ps3 and xbox 360 but i barely play them, mostly netflix and some older games that i still have because i dont have any games but gta and cod. hoping the new platforms can spice it up and bring to the table some games that will really be a hit and keep me coming back to play for hours lol.

Im so sick of paying for games that are 60 bucks and then beating them in a day or two.. COD... cough cough..lol. With all the great minds in the video game world they make the same thing over and over.. I want games to be like Zelda or just something that is just so in depth and have things you have to figure out and think to do. I took me 6 months to beat Ocarina of Time on N64. I want it to be worth my money

Try The Last of Us for PS3 if you haven't already. That had me invested for a couple of weeks, and the story was absolutely amazing.

SOCOM 1 is where it all started off. It really was the first online army game that really made you work as a team and win the match unlike SOME games i know where you run around like a belligerent idiot with the most accurate and fully automatic machine gun killing everyone lol. SOCOM 2 was then just a better version with larger maps and new online objectives. Once the next SOCOM was to be created and whoever took it over did some in between versions before the released SOCOM 3 which were okay but nothing like 1 & 2. They were very dry cut and the graphics i feel were worse. Once SOCOM 3 was out it all went downhill from there when Six Axis took over i think and tried to make a comeback with SOCOM Confrontation. That was actually pretty good but it still wasnt the same. SOCOM 4 was a complete failure which is why nobody played it from what i heard. So after all this time i guess the original creator wants to bring it back with H Hour, and if he can do it right just like he did with SOCOM 1 & 2 it will certainly bring many people back. I have my fingers crossed

Ill have to check that out. Ive never heard of that game before. Ive really fell off the bandwagon when it comes to what game titles are out and whats good and bad. Im really looking forward to the new GTA though. So many different things you can do in a large world.

It has a 96% on Metacritic I believe. It is hands down the greatest game I have ever played.
