I want to like it, but I'm still in the air.

I think the thing I need to see in person is the rear. I've never liked the flat drop off end on the Vette, but the overall shape and feel of the car is pretty nice.

I hope Ford makes another GT for 55,000

Anyone else notice another similarity to the Camaro? even though its reversed It does resemble the side cove on the Camaro somewhat.

Agreed. I live every aspect of this car, including the tail lights. But that console is pure poop.

Its like an updated barrage of plastic on plastic buttons. How does GM continuously get this car right except for putting together cheap plastic on plastic on plastic flimsy buttons and blank plastic panels.

How do you know if they are flimsy? Have you touched or operated any of them yet? Also I think most people would rather have a REAL BUTTON to push than a touch screen that gives no tactile feedback to the fingertip letting you know it's been pushed.

Because I can see the blank sheets of plastic on the left of the picture I posted. Because I have owned enough GM products to know what they typically do.

Like the giant bulb on the bottom of the stack that says "Corvette". No doubt a hollowed out piece of plastic.

I'm just saying charging a 100 more dollars for a car like this with soooo much right and a decent center stack and something a little more forward thinking wouldn't be asking too much.

I don't believe official orders are being taken yet. Just allocation spots. That's the latest news from my dealer but they're dopes so who knows.
