I never got the tune right. But yes, my fastest was 13.5 in las Vegas. Very bad DA. I think corrected was 13.1. Best Dyno I ran was 373hp.

Wow, that's great! I'm debating nitrous myself. Don't know what to do yet.

If you are going to use it I would do Nitrous. I will never run my car at the track so I don't see the point in getting it.

I love love love the bottle. Lol I want it on every car I own from now on.

But for real, best bang for your buck. I mean, it's nice to have the power whenever you want without having to refill a bottle, with a tc or sc, but sometimes money can't allow you to get that. And on a daily driver, it's great to run NA, and spray the little times you'll be racing legally down a closed track.....lol

Thing is I don't race on the street and there's too much police here to go for some "spirited" drives :(

So I'd race at the track. And then there's the price issue, 6000 vs 1200 is a big difference haha.

I would love a supercharger but I guess we will see.

I had nitrous for 1 year, refilled it 5 times. 2 times for Dyno runs. Lol

Well duh, street racing is illegal and frown upon around this little corner of the internet.

Well, after a few runs spraying nitrous, my car would go into limp mode. It would idle rough and lose almost all it's power. Basically the throttle blade doesn't open all the way, to prevent anything bad to happen to the engine. I would have to turn the car off and then back on, and it would be fine. Also, the powerband on the Dyno looked like a roller coaster, not a smooth line. Kept sending logs to Vince, and he kept telling me everything looked good. So I got frustrated and traded the car in for an SS. Lol. In hindsight, should have kept the v6. . Others have run nitrous without that issue, so I'm thinking the guy that installed it messed up, or the zex kit itself was messed up.

Ah I see. If I go nitrous, I'm going with the ny-trex kit. It seems like a great kit and already comes with some of the safety features needed. Might just need to buy a window switch and be good to go.
