Happy Foto Friday!

This is my wedding photo. This is my grandpa, grandma, mom, dad, husband and brother. I'm remembering my late husband today, would have been 57. I'm the only living person in this photo. Remember "Old Days" and feeling nostalgic!

Nice pic Diane. Sad that they are all gone. Happy we still have you though.

Short day at work. then home to do a little packaging of fudge & then got ready & went out to eat with some Camaro club friends for our club president's birthday. I am tired. Tomorrow I have some cooking to do to get ready for the club Christmas party.
Nighty night now!

Good morning crew. Cold again here. I have to get cooking but will post up a couple of pics from Friday for Friday pics just posted on Saturday. Pics from last evenings small gathering for Camaro club Jeff (Black Beauty) . First we ate at a local Mexican Restaurant where they have a silly tradition for folks who have birthdays. Then we went back to Jeff & Tammy's house for cake & ice cream. Some pics of his garage too.

Great news Skip. I would love to do the power tour one day. I don't see it in the cards this year though. My wife may need rotator cuff surgery and I suppose brain surgery may be a possibility for me this year if they can't adjust the meds to relieve my Transgeminal Neuralgia. So for now I have to hold onto my PTO time. I am on the fence about the fest. I don't do the racing so there is less for me to do there during the day and I just visited that area a few months ago so not sure if I want to go back again so soon. I may change my mind later though we will see.

Was C5 down last night?

Great picture Diane. I really need to start digitalizing my family photos. It will be interesting to see them again. Sorry I did not post a photo for photo Friday.

Today is my son's birthday. He turns 20. Can't believe we are no longer parents of teenagers. Last night, we did a tune up on his Cavalier, replacing the original plugs and wires with 121K miles! Next I replaced the trans pan gasket, filter, and fluid because it was leaking. The fluid or trans has been replace before because the fluid was still somewhat red. Definitely wasn't in there for 121K miles.

Today I will install the fuel filter and fix an exhaust rattle.

The storm that drenched California blew through here last night, dumping lots of rain, for us. It's starting to clear up, but will only be in the 60's today.

Nice garage! And a nice hood, looks to be all carbon fiber. Do you know where he got it?

Wow, that's a cool garage! Looks like y'all had fun.

Hope you and your wife feel better soon Zandron. You are sort of close to the PT and the Fest.

That rain was devastating for CA hope it doesn't impact you as much. Hope it was a good birthday.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone but our health struggles are minor compared to a lot of people out there. I saw the Neurosurgeon today and after reviewing the MRI I do have Transgeminal Neuralgia. He told me I could continue on the Meds or schedule surgery. I decided to adjust the meds slightly and stay on that path for now. I will see him again in February and see how I feel. I am leaning toward having the surgery after that visit as its really the only permanent fix for this. By waiting I can give my wife the chance to have her shoulder repaired and I can take a few days off to take care for her after she has that done. It will also give me a chance to look into my disability insurance at work to see what that will pay me for the time I will be out of work. Also that will allow me to be fully recovered by summer so I can enjoy that.

Hoping for the best for you & your wife Zandron.

Normagene, I don't know where he got the hood but send a PM to Black Beauty. He is not on here all the time like I am but he will eventually respond. He may be on here the next couple of days to check out party pics.

We had our Camaro club party last night & had a great turnout & lots off fun. I'll post up some pics later. Got lots of Christmas cooking & prep to do today. HAGD all.
