Kinda cold here today too, as it is 54* this morning.

I FINALLY made it to FIFTY!

I've lost 50 LBS! Been at this since July. My target weight has been changed, so I still have a long way to go. But I'm more than half way there.

This is what happens when a polar vortex moves over a 48 degree great lake. Snow falls in ungodly amounts. Work was canceled it took me 2 hours to clean the driveway. We are around 30 or 40" so far and it will continue to fall for a few more hours. The forecast is now at 40-60" by Thursday when this should all end.

C5FEST VI planning comes first. The 50th Celebration details will be out soon.

Hi Curts14! If you want to be in Middle Tennessee you can come & buy my parent's baby farm & house! It is going up for sale soon. Welcome to our little corner of the web.

Justice Pete I am surprised to see you in the old farts thread. For a second there I thought I had clicked on the wrong thread! You're welcome to visit more often.

We are having a bad technology week here. On Saturday my rabbit jumped up on the couch & before I could react, bit the wire on my laptop charger so I have been without my computer until today when a replacement cord arrived. Now our Direct TV has gone out (all 5 receivers) and after being on the phone with them troubleshooting with them via phone for about an hour without any success, they tell us we can't get a service tech out here until Sunday! No TV for 6 days? Who ever heard of not being able to get a service call in that many days. I hate quiet. My TV is on in the background all the time. That is the pits!

Can you stream shows on your laptop?

I noticed some folks were talking cold -- well, I've been in Denver -- and it was -13 -- no wind-chill. Not like some farther up north, but for this Texas guy, that's there is damn cold!

I stream my own movies/music over my media server -- so when I travel, I have several thousand movies/shows and over 13,000 songs -- helps to pass the time! I've purchased them all over the years so it was time to 'save' them somewhere ;o)

You are so far over my head now I could drown! We are (well Mike is, I have not a single clue) struggling to figure out how to use our smart TV functions. Guess it is not good to have a smart TV with stupid owners.

I'm just the opposite..........I'd rather not have "noise". If I'm watching a show, it's ok, but don't just like the TV on for the sound.

I too thought the same thing Justice Pete.......good to see you posting!

I was feeling a little miserable about our weather until I saw your pictures..............

Good morning crew. I am streaming morning news on my laptop & surfing the web. It sure is hard to wake up without my TV. My routine is to turn off my clock-radio alarm & turn on the TV listening to the news/weather while I gradually come to consciousness. I feel like I ma the subject of some cruel social experiment.

HAGD crew.

Tony Rainero lives in Arizona, now, and Bob owns the car, but it has been restored and Tony, the second owner, the third owner, and one original crew member were there with it.
Very cool.
