Call your Dr and ask for a script for Lidoderm Patches. Work great, just tell the Dr that taking asprin/ibuprofen/Tylenol upsets yr stomach and narcs make u too drowsy. You can do it over the phone, no need for an appointment. You wear it for 10/12 hrs and it slowly releases pain killer/lidocaine.

Great news at your check up skip !!

Jan, hope your back gets to feeling better.

Rick, post some car show pics when you get the time.

Got to drive the ZL1 with the top down on Sunday. Today was most likely the last of the seventy degree days until next year.

Winter is just about upon us.

Have a good safe week everyone.

John
Will a link to a photo album be OK? I've been real busy this week.

Sorry everyone has to pack up their cars for winter. We're going to be using ours quite a lot here in Phoenix.

Thanks for the tip. Where is the heck do you find MD's who will just call in what you suggest without having to go in & be checked?

The drive in to work must have aggravated by back because by the time I got there is was hurting pretty badly again. It was the day from hell. Lots of clients with big problems & lost of computer work to do tonight. I'm sitting here with a heating pad on my back & doubled up on my naproxen sodium.

I better get to work.

Good morning crew. I left the heat off last night & the back feels a bit better this morning but it also felt better yesterday until I got out of the car at work. We'll see. Mike wants me to stay home today & rest but I just don't think that would help. I did not get all my work done last night but there is a limit to how late I will stay up. So I will start the day behind. Lots of bad wrecks here last night with heavy rain. Rain is out of here now & wrecks slowly clearing. Traffic is always bad on my commute though. I better get myself moving but not until I've had my COFFEE!!!!! HAGD everyone.

70rsz28, (sorry I do not know you name) I like the mag wheels on the lawn tractor. It is a nice touch. How long have you had your 1970 Camaro ?? Was it restored or is it a survivor ??

Funny how many people say that same exact thing, but 99% of Doctors have no problem whatsoever dealing with "non-emergency" patients over the phone. My Dr will even send me narcotics w/just a call, but I always tell her no thanks. Don't like taking meds. And something as minor as a sore back doctors know these patches work.

These patches work well, but you still have to be careful that you don't Over-do it. You can get a false sense of security. It will definitely ease the pain until you fully heal. So give your doc a call, and if they tell ya u need to come in then tell them you're going to start look'n for a new doc.

Last few weeks have been extremely stressed but now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Two years of prep, got unofficial word my degree level Interior Design program will get its six year accreditation. North American site visitors finished reviewing our program Tuesday.

Oct. 11, bought a 1966 T-Bird convertible at a dealership in Charlotte, NC. Major bucks. Stressed that I had to sell my 1998 pristine snow virgin Riviera (needed the parking space) but it sold in five days at asking price and it went to a good home.

This last week dealing with paperwork to get the yellow Bird shipped to me before mid Nov. and before streets salted. Today think I have provided all documents to get the Bird shipped and through customs. Dealership will process title documents to transport company Thursday. In Charlotte getting a rear window power switch repaired hopefully by this Friday. If all goes well the Bird will be picked up next week and transport will start to Ottawa from Charlotte.

Perhaps I am nuts spending so many $ and much effort on a 1966 convertible. But it has always been a dream car since I was a teenager so what the hell. Go for it!

Winter coming fast in Ottawa. Could start snowing by mid November. Have to condition the leather and change oil on the Camaro in the next few weeks.

Glad for you abaucom21. I think it is cool you are getting that car of your dreams.

Had a pretty busy day but managed to get yesterday's work finished up & all today's except the last 2 notes so not bad. Work is still stressful with changes all the time. Makes me weary.

I know you can't wait for the arrival of your T-bird. Looks real nice!

My Chevelle is showing its age too. They can't stay pristine forever.

I am assembling my documentation for my complaint against the pool builder. Not sure if we should mail it or drop it off in person to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Glad we kept all of the documentation.

A buddy of mine found a post on Facebook from the owner of the blue Vega that door-dinged my Chevelle. He posted photos in a Chevy Vega group on Facebook. Will be interesting to see if Edward says anything.

Richard, I would love to add a second generation Camaro to my collection of Camaros. Your 70 is a great looking one and it looks even better setting next to your generation five Camaro. Nice that you have a way to keep them warm and dry during the winter months.

A one owner 70 z28 with the RS package was sold at auction last April about 90 miles from me. I did not go to the auction so I do not know what it sold for. I am still paying for my ZL1 and therefore in a negative cash flow as far as any new toys. There can not be many one owner 70 z28 around. Attached is a picture of that 70 z28.
