Good early morning gang. Up early to head in to work for a meeting. We are starting a stretch of oppressively hot & humid days today that will last through next week. This is typical August weather in Tennessee so not surprising, but we have been spoiled by a milder than usual summer this year. We sure got some heavy rain yesterday that I drove home in. Not too bad except for one stretch through Goodlettsville, TN that was crawling along bumper-to-bumper for no other reason than the face that the rain was very heavy & the usual narrowing of road & reduced lanes under a railroad overpass. I snapped a few pics of cool clouds before I ran into the rain with my I phone but no time to check them out this morning. If they turned out good, I'll post some up this evening. Coffee needed now! HAGD

Wild weather is forecasted to return here again today. In the past two weeks, we have received over five inches of rain.

Wow, ganna have to get yourself a dingy! That's probably over the annual average.

Motocross last nite was Outstanding, plus all the Fair junk food. Hubby was in heaven w/all the Eye Candy! All those little tramps wearing almost nothing, I think he was smiling ear to ear all nite!

There's always one in the pack that really stands out. The five to seven yr olds had one kid that went full throttle over the big jump! Easily like 30 feet in the air. Just like the older kids.

Oh, the Dunk Tank clown was really good too, he was insulting everybody! One year somebody complained he was too mean. Come on, seriously, that's the whole point of it, it brings in the crowd which brings in the money. Every time he got dunked the crowd roared. He had his routine down, making fun of everyone, especially guys when they missed the target.

Putting the Ol Fart to work, actually this is the second pile, 30 yards each. Funny it doesn't look as big in the pic, 25'+ and 20'+ wide, and almost 6' hi. The strip he already did along the driveway/Blue Spruces, a tad over 100 feet long, now he's gotta do the back side.

I told him to get that shovel and wheelbarrow moving! He can go cruise later, oh and if he picks up some young thang, take her to a motel I told him. And be sure to tell her I said "Wear him out". Good lord he thinks/acts like he's still 20 or something.

I had the day from hell. Lots of work. It will NOT all get done tonight. That's okay though tomorrow is a light day & I can finish the rest then. Good evening crew.

As an average, we receive about 5-6 inches of rain during monsoon season here. However, Phoenix is measured at the airport which has not received as much rain as we have. But tonight, remnants of a tropical storm are blowing through. Rivers that are normally dry have slight flow now. Not used to all of this water.

Normagene, the yard looks nice.

Jan, I'm doing overtime tonight.

I'm sleepy. I finished my notes around 11:00 & was in bed by about 11:30. It did me no good to get up & leave early yesterday as traffic was bad, I hit school zones that are usually finished when I come through, then I was stopped by a long slow moving train that then stopped completely for a few minutes. I was there surrounded by other cars for over 20 min. Not only did I miss the meeting, I was late for a client. I left 30 min earlier & got there 10 min later. That is a prime example of why I hate my commute now. Then all my clients showed up plus one not even scheduled including one needing a care plan update & a case opening ( both require a lot of paperwork). Good news is I did get all the computer stuff done so just the scanned records stuff to deal with today. The oppressive heat continues today. I need my coffee now to see if I can come to consciousness. Have a god day crew.

That Bimbo dancer reminds me of the time I walked out the basement door and heard a noise from the back of my car. Of course hubby had been out all afternoon doing god knows what, so I popped open the trunk and Yes, a Blonde Bimbo, handcuffed and duct-taped, wearing a very similar outfit laying there staring at me.

I was like in a total panic all freaked out and asked are you alright, "of course, we're just having fun". I almost fainted, what kinda kooks are these two. Oh well, better her than me, as long as she Wears Him Out I'm happy!

I guess those two nuckleheads like playing games. School girl, Nurses outfits, French maid, all that crazy stuff. Definitely not my thing.
