Just kidding
At least the pool people have worked on a couple of Saturdays.

Called the construction superintendent today, it appears no work will be done on the pool this week (now SEVEN weeks of downtime) but should start back up next week. I refuse to hold my breath.

Yes, our IT dept is pretty useless too. Ours is called the Help desk. I call them the helpless desk. A couple of them are fairly good. When I call I pray I get one of them. Otherwise forget it. If it is a system writing sort of problem ....................forget it. They will either never get it fixed or their attempt at fixing it will be worse than the original problem. Any time they say they are making upgrades or changes to the system we all start to worry because it is simply a matter of how much worse it will be afterword.

I had a very busy day. Lots of clients, a huge letter I had to write, submit to my supervisor, do revisions, resubmit then run past the psychiatrist, more revisions................oh brother! But miracle of miracles, I got it all done & all documentation done too. It helped that my last client & one other in mid day did not show up.

Major changes are happening at work. Not sure what all it is going to mean yet. One part I like. I have said for a long time we had way too many high paid chiefs & not enough Indians on the front lines bringing in the $ to support them. It seems several of them are being "encouraged" to retire as they totally restructure the company. The rest of the changes are vague & not sure how they will impact on us on the front lines. I am trying my best to just go in, do my job & not think about it.

ACTUALLY..... they are coming out to install the tile and clean up the yard, or at least I'm told they are. They want another payment too. We'll see.

I think we've hit 120 consecutive days of no measurable precipitation. But the rain chances keep rising for July 4th.

Good morning. It is a crisp & clear day here this morning & highs are only supposed to be in the 80's. Tomorrow will be similar to today so come on out to the #2 best Fireworks Display in the nation in Downtown Nashville in sync with the live performance of the Nashville Symphony. One more day of work. I sure need this 3 day weekend. HAGD crew.

Mid 80s involved in a crash. Upper spine issues and re-attaching my scalp. 30 years later still have issues.

Seldom have pain issues, but today in extreme pain.

Pain will pass in the next few weeks. Just have to deal with the pain today.

Sorry to hear this. Hope it passes quickly.

I had a bad crash in my past too. More emotional scars than physical though the ER doc said my knee could decide to give out on me at any point in my future due to the type break I had in it.
