Home gym is the way to go, no excuses to miss workouts, just got to stay motivated

For some, staying motivated is harder than lifting and eating right. All three go hand in hand but without motivation failure is guaranteed.

$70 a month Planet Fitness is $10 a month good equipment too. Can't go wrong at that price, it's like giving it away

Yeah, but you're not allowed if you're a weight lifter or have big muscles LOL

Not at all. I'm friends with a crossfit trainer. That stuff is too cult-ish and "holier than thou" for me.

However, a lot of the lifts they do are good ones, if done properly. Nothin gives you more strength and power than Olympic lifts. Period.

This Bunny. Most crossfitters are just... well he said it just as well as I could have

Wheel, the reason I said that was because of how you said the thing about people getting over the whole body part day. Maybe I misinterpretted your point. My favorite body part day is always whichever muscle group I feel is coming along the slowest. Right now, I have a love/hate relationship with working my legs. They are fairly strong, but smaller than I would like them. And since I'm not juicing, I can't pull successful "Arnies" with them
