Car was repainted "arrest me red" and was F'n fast.

^ Dude, I always called it arrest me red too. But have you heard Tag say that officers don't see red cars more than any other.

They hear sound. Now I'm thinking I could get red AND not be arrested.

What do you think?

About the red thing...I'm convinced it's an old wives tale. Why?

Because I overheard some lady talking about her Red Prius. She didn't want it in red because she was afraid the cops would pull her over....in a Prius. That screams insanity to me, and totally convinced me the whole red thing is nothing but some sort of scare tactic.

There's lot's of data to support the red theory, but when Tag says he and all of his fellow officers say no, that's good enough for me.

But, I'm overcoming 30 years of red fear.

Besides, the first good, sunny pic of an ABM SS, and I should be sure. I'm betting I get ABM, just the VR SS looks so good.

Yeah, funny thing was it was an actual color swatch at the paint shop i was at. It's nearly a fire engine red. Looks really nice. I was told by a lot of people it almost looked orange, but I never once thought that.

Red prius...

The red car thing is a bunch of BS. Yeah I drove a red camaro, and the cops followed me in town watching closely for every move I made. Why, Because I drove a camaro! It had nothing to do with the color of my car.

How do I know this you ask?

Growing up in a small town you tend to know everybody. So whenever us ponycar guys got together we ended up talking about how we were all followed by the police the night before. Sometimes it's actually pretty funny. Some cops have nothing more to do but give us a hard time. On to my point, the pony cars in my town were every different color under the sun, and every single one of us was treated the same... Like a criminal.

Please don't turn down your favorite color because of a silly rumor. Because that is all it is, a silly rumor. Loud pipes, like the ones on my car...That's what gets the attention of the police.
