Well he had his window rolled down, so i pulled up next to him and i had my phone in my hand and i yelled, a**hole. I saw what you did and I have your license plate number." and then people behind me were honking so I had to move.

I'm going to look for the puppies on my way home this afternoon.

It was pitch black outside and Im on a small highway in the middle of no where. It wasn't safe to stop. People die out there all the time.
