USAF 10 Yrs Your all my closest family - PS wife has worked for the VA since my arrival so we are a miltary family - Fourth generation and all of us was trained here at Scott AFB My great grandfather was a radio operator in WWI and my grandather was the same in WW II - Legacy you ask? my son wants the same and I never asked as I didn't from my dad. We feel its duty for freedom.

I was a Fire Control Tech (SS) in the Navy from 94-04. Stationed in Groton, CT the entire time, 5 1/2 years of that was on the USS Providence, the rest learning and teaching at the Submarine School there.

Im still in the Army. 2 years left till I retire. I cant wait. The service has been great but I am really burned out. Since 9-11 the OP tempo has been unbelievable, and a great strain on the marriage.

Retired July of last year from the air force 16 years active 8 years reserve 2 activation in the reserve.

Contracting after that in North Carolina, Jacksonville, Afghanistan, off-shore, and now Iraq.
