I was a great cruise night. Some real neat cars came out,

Good morning gang. At the airport now. Seems I stressed for no reason. Took less than 30 minutes to check my bag and get through security, which was closed when I got there. Now I wait, and hopefully do not fall asleep.

Nice Cruise pics Rick. Glad your airport expreisnce was not that bad. Have a nice flight. We are headed out again this morning for a a little more shopping. It is ust a bit chilly here this morning. Looks like it is going to be a misreable week with off & on rain. I am glad though that I don't have to testify in court. I got a message on my phone ust before I left on Wed that it was continued. HAGD all.

This has been the most weird (in a good way) trip by air ever. We boarded rather quickly and the captain announced we would arrive at BWI significantly early. Well, we did. So early that no one was there to bring the jet way up to the door. Still early, we were finally able get off and retrieve our luggage. And there it was, waiting for me on the turnstile. My driver was surprised I arrived early, but I only had to wait 10 minutes. This was one of the easiest travel days ever for me.

It 's cold (for me) here and my sinuses are in distress. Just can't tolerate cold temps as I once could.

And the best part of today.....I received a phone call I will be driving consignments for the upcoming Barrett Jackson Collector Car Auction this coming January. Eight days of bell to bell fun!

Dang Rick! Jealous! That must be soooooooooooo fun! Mike & I were just saying now that we have the Music City Convention center we should be able to get one of those auctions here & maybe we could drive some of those nice cars like you got to. Glad your travel was nice & hopefully your sinuses will adust.

We had a so so day here. I was not able to find what I wanted to get for the Camaro club Dirty Santa gift exchange but I will work it out. I did a little bit more decorating at home inside after we got back. I was not able to put my lights & sounds Hallmark ornaments on the new tree because the lights were different so we rigged them up on the mantle:

Good morning crew. I did not sleep very well last night so I will be tired today. I will also struggle in exercize class after being sick then missing a couple of days. I have to get serious about packing up stuff in my office too, in preparation for the move. Yuck! Have a good first day back to work & don't shop on line too much!

Well we are almost done with the Christmas decorating. My wife really likes to go all out on Christmas. I dont know if I said this before or not but we are big Peanuts fans and we have been collecting Hallmark Peanuts ornamants for 23 years. This year we added a second tree that only has our Peanuts ornaments on it. That is in our family room next to the fireplace. Our main tree is in the living room in the front window. I may hang icicle lights from the gutters on the house if I get enough snow melt this week. Here are some shots of the trees and outside of the house.

You guys are doing a great job decorating! Keep up the great work. The more you put up, the more fun it becomes.

Haven't seen too many decorated homes here in Baltimore County, MD. Guess it has been too cold to be outside, or maybe it's too soon for Marylanders to decorate. The restaurant my daughter and I went to tonight was all decorated up!

I have been assigned the 2013 Dodge Dart again. This car has the worse turbo lag of any motor vehicle ever. Until the engine is warmed up, it does not like to do anything but idle. Judging by the odometer, 3750 miles in one year, this is not a very popular pool vehicle.

The Barrett-Jackson auction is HUGE fun to work. Many of the consignors are REAL nice people, as most car people are. Plus I get nice discounts in Barrett-Jackson swag. I hope they spell my name correctly in the program-catalog this year.

Good morning. /it is a foggy morning & a warming trend is exoected for a couple of days before a cold front brings in rain/snow mix so at least the ground will be warm. The will probably be spraying that brine crap anyway. Grrrrrrrrrr! Looks like a nice day Saturday for our Camaro club Party. I will make my brown sugar walnut maple fudge tonight. At this point if I showed up without that there would probably be a protest. Off to work now. HAGD.

Must have been a busy day for folks. The first part of mine was then a slower afternoon. Here are pics of what I saw when I came home. This from a man who never wanted to put any lights up outside when the kids were little & htey would have loved it. I few years with much discussion I got him to put a few lights on the porch. And these are on the back of the house where no one can see them but us??????? What's up with that? I'm not complaining just wonderng.

Nothing wrong with decorating an area only you see. I decorated our back yard and, for the most part, only we see it. If I were home, I would take a picture......and I would be warmer.

Can't surf the web too much when I am at the office. Yesterday I pushed my luck looking for a deal on the Nikon DSLR I am interested it. So today I worked a bit more. But I check in here every evening when I return to the hotel.

I was going to hang out with my recently widowed aunt, but she had to call it off. She called me while I was on my way to her house to tell me her sister past away last night. Just when she was adjusting to life once again, her sister died. Needless to say, she was crying quite a bit while we were talking. I feel so bad for her, what a rough year. I started the phone call tree with relatives I had phone numbers for.

Think I get to exchange this Dodge Dart (we call it The Fart) for something else tomorrow. Woo hoo!
