They wouldn't allow the car to enter unless it has a 1/4 tank or less. The weather was decent so, I figured it would be a good time for a road trip.
Time to put it up on jack stands do a brake upgrade and a thorough cleaning.

Washed Claire's car today. When I finished, we went to the last breakfast at our favorite dive. Came back and did yard work while watching the a Ravens game. Finished the yard work, got cleaned up and went to the last supper at our favorite dive. Gonna really miss that place and the staff. What a great bunch.

Good morning all. Thank you for your service to all who are Vets. It is a chilly morning but it will get colder & flurries by morning. Tomorrow temps won't get out of the mid 30's. Brrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!! I now have a condition called Raynold's that is going to make wintertime more miserable for me. :( HAGD

Thanks Jan. So sad to see my neighbors hauling restaurant stuff home to store in their garage. I'm sure they are bummed by all of this, and I'm sure many patrons, like me, are too.

Temps got up to 92* here in Peoria. It's a shame I had to deal with a sinus headache all day. Sun goes down, my headache goes away. But I have to do some OT tonight to get caught up from Friday's 1/2 day.

WELL I had a pretty Good VET"S day Besides Having to work :( I got a free Oil change at the Chevy dealers a Free Hair cut At Fantastic Sam's and free coffee and a brownie at my coffee shop NOT BAD Now if only I had the DAY OFF <<<< LOL >>>>>

Good evening crew. Well it was an interesting day. No clients showed up all morning & early afternoon. During that time & talked to Nick (owner/operator of American Racing Headers) about getting my headers, ordered me some touch-up paint for Ruby, got a job offer & talked to the person who will be my supervisor whether I take that job of stay in the position I am in now as they plan to restructure when we move to our new building. Now I have A LOT of stuff to think about. There are pros & cons to both positions. It will be a tough chooice. Now I have work to do.

Hey gang.

Heard that vehicle manufacturers may stop offering AM-FM radios in their vehicles as Satellite and other sources of music are more popular.

Pretty amazing how "radio" has changed over the years. All of the commercials make it painful to listen to AM-FM.

Good evening. It was a VERY busy day today. I guess making up for the last few slow ones. I just got caught up on my notes. I ordered my headers today. Ruby will be sporting the prototype of a new headers/high flow cats & H-pipe set-up from American racing headers that is supposed to make the V6 sound better with headers than other systems while sacrificing maybe only 1-2 HP. I will be leaving on my Borla axle back.

I have just about decided not to take the new job offer. Just sounds risky to me & no bonuses. I am going to call & talk to a supervisor (with our company) about a position in my hometown. I sure would love giving up that hour long commute (1 hr 20 min after we move) 2X per day. I would have to start seeing clients of all ages though & be under a totally different management structure. We shall see.

It will be in the 20's tonight for lows & cold again tomorrow. I'm tired now. Good night all.

Rick, that's a cool sign. how will you hang it? I have 2 street signs without holes and I've yet to mount them on the wall.

Weather here was weird today; overcast and 80 (according to my car), 12 above normal. I zipped to the store at lunch. Even at Costco, Sally's got 'tude.
