Hey crew. We had a very nice cruise day. Just a little dirzzle this morning but then a nice crisp, overcase fal day with lots of cool cars & comrads. Here is a link to the pics thread & one pic of me when we got home (lovin' my new size 8 skinny jeans!).

Good morning crew. We got our first light frost last night & today is supposed to be chilly all day. Not a lot planned for today. I forgot to post yesterday the one down side to hte nice day we had. We made the return trip on hte interstate & I got a new rock chip on my windshield. Just one more reason why I HATE INTERSTATES! Have a great Sunday everyone.

Unfortunately the rock chips are the price we pay for loving and driving our cars. The enjoyment I get from driving the Camaro far outweighs the risk of worrying about damage I may get from doing it. I am sure you feel the same way.

And a good Sunday morning to yall. Yup, rock chips are a fact of life. They're not nice on our beautiful cars. But, if you get it to the rock chip doctor really quickly they can make it like new. I've got a spot on the front facade where a rock hit and dug clear thru the paint into the underlying plastic. Had to put some touch up paint on it.

Lightning is getting awfully dirty. I've been driving him to work every day, but my left arm is not well enough yet to wash or wax. Anything strenuous at all causes pain and swelling. Hopefully it will be better soon. Yall be good, have fun, be safe. See you later.

So... I'm sitting here trying to lick my elbows... I hear a few people can actually do it? I'm not one of them. They either have short arms or a REALLY LONG tongue!

Rock chips are a fact of life here. Wifey's car has 3 or 4 bulls-eyes in her windshield.

WOW this is quite a thread....new here but I am an old fart [65]....can't afford this car but I can't take it with me....even if I can't keep it it will have been lotsa fun....this AM we drove from the QCA on the Mississippi to near south/west side of Chicago for a Portillos hot dog - yum yum yum.....tooled around a little then came home...will probably be the last real cruise before I put the baby to bed....DAMN I LOVE the ZL1!!I am gonna miss it!! As you know this thing has the Goodyear Eagle SuperCar F1 G2 tires which shouldn't be driven below 40 degrees and needs to be stored above 20 degrees.....the ONLY thing I hate about the car......I need to find an economically priced heated storage since my garage is not heated and I don't want to put it on jack stands....any old farts got any ideas or know of a great storage place??

Welcome aboard black 2013zl1! Gee, that is a problem. Could you get a heater for the garage? You only have to keep it above 20. But.....................a nice problem to have. Clearly you can come nearer affording one than I since I could not get one it my life depended on it. Lucky you. Or....................move down south with us!

Good evening crew. I planted a few pansies today & made some Rice Crispies treats that look like little pumpkins to take to work tomorrow. Cleaned the rabbit's cage too. Now I'm tired. I sure don't want to go back to work. I should have listened to my mother. She always said "You can fall in love with a rich man just as easy as a poor man". If I had found me a sugar daddy I could just retire. Oh, well. Hope everyone had a good weekend. Rest well.

Welcome!

Check Craigslist and whatever your local "cruise and car show scene" may be. I've even seen ads on Facebook.

After the show Saturday, we drove home, then took the Camaro out for a fun top down ride. This morning, I removed all of the dead bugs from the bumper cover. What is it with these cars? Bugs love 'em. Also applied a fresh coat of Americana.

Taking a half day off from work Monday for a doctor's appointment.

Buy cheap wheels/tires & store originals in a spare bedroom? Or put them in the living room and duct tape pillows on them, use them for chairs.... I seriously would
