What a boring day. We got there on time 10:30 and waited...............and waited....................and waited. Then after the proceedure Mike was told he could go home anytime he felt ready but he did not feel ready. We got home a little after 3:00 PM. Mike slept until about 5:00 & would not get up, would not drink or eat anything until his mother called around that time. When I told him she said he should have eaten & drank something light as soon as he got home & that he needs to eat & drink something, he got up & ate & drank. He got a good report. I did not get out & do anything. And it is back to work in the morning.

Good morning. I did not sleep well last night. I couldn't figure out why. Then when I got up this morning I noticed I had not taken my meds. I guess your body gets used to the stuff & tries to tell you when you forget. I just did not get the message. I will be tired this evening. Another chilly morning with some scattered light showers but should be a pleasant day. Not that I will see much of it. Have a god day all.

I'm usually pretty good about remembering to take my medicine. I take the AM ones when I have my morning protien shake & coffee & the evening ones with my supper. Problems tend to arise when I eat supper away form home or like last evening............don't really eat supper (just snacked & kept thinking I'll fix something later - but never did).

Yeah, I know, that was dumb. I'll try to do better.

Today I am tired. I went to the ball game in Cleveland and had fun even though they lost and were eliminated. The game ended around midnight and I got home at 3AM then slept till 7:30 and went to work. I want to watch the Bills game tonight but I may not be able to stay awake.

Yeah, Skip I tend to agree, The problem with that is that the next crop of crooks will be just as bad as this group. Nobody worth their salt wants to run for political office in this dysfunctional system & with the unscrupulous media scrutiny the way it is in the process of running.

It was a terribly busy day so..............................I have homework. I didn't even get to eat lunch. Luckily I had several healthy snacks available to grab here & there in between clients. Have a good evening.

Edit: Back briefly. Homework done and as predicted, I an very tired. And yes, I remembered my meds tonight & had a good supper. Nighty night now.

Nice cool evening tonight, so I spent some time out on the deck. Saw two shooting stars. Downloaded one of those constellation apps and found it very educational!

Boy did I sleep well last night. I did not want to get up this morning. It was fully dark this morning & it is still not fully light yet. Cloud cover is not helping but I am not used to the darker mornings yet. Definately need my coffee this morning. But then again, that is not anything new. I'm glad it is Friday. No plans for the weekend but just not going to work is a god thing. HAGD crew.

Dang! Quiet in here today. I hope that means everyone started their weekend early & are out having some fun. It was a sort of busy day but Fridays we close early so that is always nice. Tomorrow Mike & I will go out & do a little shopping & out to eat then depending on the weather may hit a cruise-in but it looks really iffy. Rain supposed to move in Sat evening to Sunday so it depends on the timing. We shall see. Have a good weekend.
